To me it’s seemed more like a luxury 3 star than a 4 star. The rooms have no coffee machine or kettle neither a small fridge. Every morning I had to go down to the reception to get my coffee and I case you buy some snacks or food that you want to store you don’t have a mini fridge in the room to do so. When I brought this issue up at the reception desk at check out. The staff informed me that only the “historic” room has a coffee machine because it’s section. Which didn’t make sense at all I stayed in a double room and it had plenty of space to have a mini fridge and a coffee machine / kettle. This simple detail wouldn’t make me want to stay at the hotel again because to me these are basic necessities that are standard in all hotels including hotels rates with less stars.
