This hotel was in a super location in the old town with easy access to transport links and a great base for exploring.
Nothing. Only niggle was breakfast where it was a bit sparse and all hot food ran out by 9am. Also felt the towels were a bit thin and could be replaced by fluffier/thicker ones.

Location….in Niederdorf, but not right at any rowdy bars or the neverending works. Rooms are very charming, and staff were lovely.

Well the staff is well trained and polite
The room was very small there is no even space where to put and arrange our clothes and coats no cupboard knowing that I have booked for a room that was supposed to be 32 square meter this is one was around 20sq max I went the day after to another 4 star 1 km away in Seefeld with lake view the standard of the hotel and the room was a way way better for the same price which didn’t make sense of how they are pricing this hotel for me is no more than a 2 star hotel the toilet only is actually the cupboard where we are supposed to put our coats but they didn’t think we needed such a thing in a room priced at 300 euros we should throw our clothes on the floor maybe in Zurich you need to check carefully it’s easy to get ripped off for the hotels brekfeeat was also tasteless please don’t take it it’s not worth it

- Very cosy and nice room - Got upgraded, nice touch from the staff
- Breakfast, really not up to the standards for what you pay your night for. A shame, to be honest. - I’d suggest to include it in the cost of the night regardless or just not offering it.

A longtime favorite hotel! We have stayed a few nights on either end of many ski trips and love it. Lovely people, great comfortable/stylish rooms and an easy walk to the river/lake/restaurants. Also dog friendly and just an easy, comfortable, enjoyable experience.

Nice location. The reception area is nice and the staff was nice.
The room was actually very bare. It just wasn’t comfortable. I took it because it was large, but I just needed more furnishing. A minimalist style, but I think for comfortability it was too minimal. For the price we pay we should get robes and the towels were so thin. They were like paper. They don’t even have any work out or Wellness facilities where they have them in other four-star hotels.

Very well located in the old town. Near lots of result arts and close to transport links.
Room I was in was on a slant. I’m not very tall and could touch the ceiling. Would not be good for tall people
