A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Very spacious, well equipped, and the view from the balcony is a real bonus.
The only thing that was disappointing was the smell of the clothes after using the washing machine and dryer. They likely just need a deep cleaning—I used the same detergent I use at home, but the clothes still didn’t smell fresh.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a perfect scent that made the stay even more pleasant. Located in a prime area, it offered great convenience. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The apartment is amazing. Super clean and what a location! Easy access to the main Zurich HB, and old town Zurich is a short walk away. The views from the balcony area are amazing!

It is quite simply amazing. An excellent location, a great and high class property and well equipped. Excellent check in and communication.
It, like all things in Zürich, is unbelievably expensive if you aren’t warning Swiss francs or euros.
If you have accessibility issues note that you can’t avoid a flight of stairs from the last stage of the lift to the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Zurich! It was fully equipped with everything we needed and impeccably clean. The spacious layout made it incredibly comfortable, and the decor added a special touch. The location was absolutely lovely—quiet yet conveniently close to everything. The views from the apartment were stunning, making my evenings extra enjoyable. James kept us informed and was super helpful when I needed to add my daughter to our stay. Response time was impressive. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zurich!

This is a large and lovely apartment where the host has thought of all of the details. The views are wonderful and the balcony is a delight. We loved the various sitting areas. The location is amazing. You can walk out of your door and in less than a minute be in an indoor shopping center with a grocery store, cafe, and many other stores. The train station is a short walk away. We were there for the Christmas Markets and walked just a few blocks to the singing Christmas tree.
The downside of the amazing location is that this apartment is on a busy street where it was not possible for us to pull over a car to drop off luggage. It is a busy area with many one-way streets, so it was not quick to drive around to find parking. We were there on a weekday and many of the nearby parking garages were full. We ended up parking in the 'public parking' garage which is fairly close. This is worth it for the location, but I wish I had known in advance as we were traveling with a senior with mobility issues. Also, worth noting, the elevator goes to the fourth floor and then you walk up a set of stairs to get to the penthouse apartment.

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the main station. The room is spacious and clean. Facility is well prepared including air-con and electrical converter. The views outside are also wonderful. If we had more days to spare, we would have definitely stayed there longer.
The air-con is portable and noisy. Luckily we stayed there for a rainy and cool night.

It's a really spacious, comfortable apartment. The portable air conditioners did a good job keeping it comfortable during upper 80s temps. The view from the balcony and living room is great. It's just a few blocks from the Hauptbahnhof, there's a grocery store half a block away, and a bunch of restaurants within easy walking distance on top. And there's a really pretty walkway next to the river it overlooks where you can sit and dip your feet in the water.
We really appreciated the two plug adapters they provided...we mistakenly brought EU adapters.
Only thing I can come up with was the elevator is too small for a family with all their luggage, so that took multiple trips.
