Very clean, very nice and upscale furnishing. Room includes a bunch of treats, coffee etc which makes you feel welcomed.
Room is a bit small, room can be a bit warm due to central heating and there was no way to calibrate the temperature other than by keeping the window open (which wasn't ideal considering weather in Zurich in March). Pillows were a bit high and rigid for my taste.

Room just about passable for size but once again only one seat within room room Good Shower Staff friendly and helpful In house Burger restaurant very good with take away to room available
As we could have cancelled up till 6 o'clock until day of arrival felt we should have been told about on going refurbishment prior to arrival although there was very little disturbance to the room some noise was noted through out

The location was good and we loved that the hotel just got renovated.
Because it just renovated the beds were new and to hard for our liking.

Tram Station very close to the hotel. Everything was clean. Small room but we still had everything we needed. We only had a small blanket but we‘re a couple so we were fine with that.
Parking situation was very bad. There are parking lots close by but you can only park there for 2hours at day time.

To me the best is the location! It is in front of a tram stop just few minutes from the main train station. I had an event in Zurich center and location wise was very convenient.
Still with renovations so I heard a bit of noise at some point

Lovely property and the staff were amazing. They arranged balloons and a card in the room for my partners birthday and gave good recommendations for restaurants to try while we was there

The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich. I especially loved the bakery just opposite the hotel, the bread is freshly baked every day, with a huge variety to choose from. There are also two Coop nearby, both within walking distance. The hotel is set in a residential neighbourhood, so the surroundings are clean, attractive and feel very safe. Our room even had a terrace, with a lovely view of the church bell tower. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy at night, which affected sleep. The staff were really nice. I particularly liked one lovely girl with curly hair who could speak Chinese, chatting with her was a real pleasure.

normally it is a nice place to stay.
there was no info about construction on site through booking.com and during the check-in nothing was mentioned about the water cut the next day. there was no possibility to take a shower
