The room was great! I liked the bed and the bathroom!
It was tough to get the room to cool down the first night we were there. I figured out the AC and it was better and we got by.

I love the location.
I stayed for only one night, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. There was no air conditioning in the room, and I only found out after checking out that guests have to specifically request an air-conditioned room at check-in. This was never communicated to me.
The room was extremely hot all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Opening the window wasn’t a solution because the hotel is located on a main road, and the tram passed by every 15 minutes, creating constant noise throughout the night.
Overall, I had a very poor experience and did not get a restful night’s sleep. I wish this information had been made clear before or during check-in.

Location is good, nearest metro stop for town center is 1 minute walk, approx 10 minute journey or 25/30 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful, Was pleasantly surprised to see there was a balcony.

Perfect hotel experience! Kind staff, large and clean room with everything I needed. Right next to the tram stop as well, so it was easy to get everywhere. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Rigihof has been renovated very recently, so a lot of the criticism about the rooms should be disregarded. The renovated rooms are very nice and cozy, the bed was comfortable, and there is air-conditioning. Staff at the Rigihof are nice and attentive, and seem genuinely happy to work there. The location 1 km uphill from the train station worked for us very well!
Some of the details in the rooms are done form-over-function, for example the shower platform splashes water on the bathroom floor where there is no drain, and the shower head cannot be positioned overhead for someone over 5'8" in height. Our room was a little dusty and had a bottle from the previous tenants under the bed. The breakfast and the restaurant space left a bit to be desired, but that seems to be very common in Swiss hotels.

The receptionist, a young woman from Greece, was delightful and did her best to be accommodating. The room provided was very clean, had a coffee maker, a mini fridge, and a balcony. The bed itself was quite comfortable, the pillows not so much. The bathroom was uncommonly small.
There was no air conditioning and, even with the balcony doors open and a Dyson fan provided, it was stifling hot. In addition, the fan generated quite a bit of noise, which lent itself to a sleepness night. We had come from a long day of traveling and were unable to obtain any rest whatsoever. Incredibly disappointed and quite surprised given that we expected better from a Leonardo.

36 degrees, the hotel doesnt have air conditioning and the staff proactiveness in providing a bit of comfort (maybe a fan?) was ZERO.

Seemed like no AC, and open window allowed for street noise. Was not able to access web with tv, although that was a minor issue.

Got a large room with a small living space, it was extremely confortable. Everything was great and clean. The mattress was perfect (hard), pillows okay.
No spot to put stuff in the bathroom
Sounds from the road (esp. tram) was disturbing.

Worst customer service staff. I complained about air conditioning and it was not resolved
I paid extra to get air conditioning room , but it did not work and the room was boiling. I tried to get my money back so i could change the hotel but that was also not possible.
