Position was great Staff were excellent
The lack of storage for clothes etc We didn’t know it was obviously for business people on short stays.. we were on holidays for a week here with lots of luggage for the rest of our holiday … just seemed claustrophobic.

What let this hotel down was the hotel did not have good AC. It was hot in the lobby and even hotter in the room making sleep difficult.

Location, convenience.
The building is a little bit old, on a very busy street of Zurich. My room was facing this road, so I woke up on a Tram around 06:00. No A/C, in case you are here in Summer. If you intend to book, buy ear plugs.

Nicely appointed with coffee machine. Nice linens.very nice and accommodating staff with good communication
Seemed like no AC, and open window allowed for street noise. Was not able to access web with tv, although that was a minor issue.

The hotel location is its main attraction which is only 5 stops by tram to Central station where all types of transport to take you to other locations. The staff are absolutely friendly, Ivan who checked us in is very helpful. They also accomodate our request of late check-out. There is a grocery shop next to the hotel. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, what more can I ask

I stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfy, and the staff members were polite and welcoming. The hotel is located in a nice, scenic area up on the hill in the university quarter. While it is slightly far to walk to the main train station, public transport makes it easy, the tram stop is just steps away and takes you straight there. There's also a Coop supermarket right next door, which was very convenient. Overall, a great place for a short stay!
It is slightly too far to walk comfortably from the main train station, especially since it is an uphill climb (Thankfully, the Tram 10 stop is right outside to save you the walk!).

Got a large room with a small living space, it was extremely confortable. Everything was great and clean. The mattress was perfect (hard), pillows okay.
No spot to put stuff in the bathroom Sounds from the road (esp. tram) was disturbing.

Not much
The rooms are tiny and there is no proper AC, making sleep difficult in warm weather. They gave us tiny towels for the shower.The breakfast, for CHF27 each, is a joke: poor selection, mediocre quality. The location is inconvenient: far above the city centre on a steep hill, in an area with little interest. And for more than CHF200 a night, it’s just way too expensive and terrible value. Avoid it all costs. Oh, and the staff are rude and unhelpful.
