The location was amazing. There was plenty of space, including multiple bathrooms, which is not as common in switzerland. The air conditioning units kept it cool during a fairly hot weekend and sleeping was very comfortable.
It was fine for us, but there were a lot of stairs both to access the apartment and in the apartment. If stairs are an issue this isn't the place for you.

Everything was better than what we expected, plus a great price for a lovely apartment in the heart of everything.
The fridge stopped working on the day we arrived but the host had it replaced with a smaller one immediately with no disruption to us. Bedrooms were comfy and the 2 we used on different levels had their own bathrooms which was ideal. The bedrooms and living area overlooked the square below which was picturesque, and the windows stopped any noise coming up.
The location couldn't have been more central, and we walked to all the places we wanted to visit during our 3 night stay. Host organised a car to the airport on our departure and it arrived on time.
Many thanks! Can't recommend this place highly enough, was a lovely conclusion to 2 weeks in Switzerland.
Floor boards were creaky but as we all went to bed at the same time it didn't matter. Also no lifts. These things didn't matter to us but I mention it as it might for others

The location is the best. in front of the lake, in the middle of old city, very close to Bhanhofstrasse. Many restaurants and bars next to the property. nice and clean rooms, shower is good.

The location could not have been better. Easy access to wonderful local and EU based shoppes. High end was just a few blocks over. Centrally located with Christmas market within 200 meters, Street Cars in 150 meters, wonderful dining within 50 meters. We perused the neighborhood, strolled along the lake, rode the street cars all around, and dined on wonderful fondue and other cuisines close by. We were three generations of a family all staying happily together and the layout was perfect for each generation to have their own bed/bath and floor. Finally, there was daily cleaning/tidying up and incredible attentiveness by the concierge staff.

Very clean and well appointed apartment close to the train station and across the road from the river in old town. Excellent communication from hosts and easy access.

Location was excellent! Unit design and cleanliness was excellent.
Apparently when there is heavy rain, the sewer gas in the town backs up and the smell comes up the shower drains. We we told this is a problem in the town and that the older homes, even renovated, don’t have U-traps under the showers to keep the smell out. Bad oder when it rained!

great location in the heart of Zürich. easy to walk all over, restaurants and shopping option are plentiful in the area.
having air conditioners in each room was appreciated
We are tall people (6’-6’3”) showers had low ceilings so it was a bit awkward for us to keep from hitting our heads. what can I say, it’s a classic old Swiss building and I’ve come to expect it.
Also, if you need to use their driver service, give them plenty of notice!

Beautiful old building in perfect location central Zurich
Modern interior compliments period features. Everything you need for a comfy stay. Daily clean and towel change.
James was super helpful and quick to respond to our queries. We will be back
The living room ceiling is lowered to accommodate a mezzanine. We are tall so we really noticed but it wouldn’t stop us staying here again as everything else was spot on.
