The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to the city center. Evangelos, the receptionist, was very kind and polite and gave us some really useful recommendations. His helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable!

Disappointing
we booked a 3 person room & expected a separate Bed & a big room. but sadly the bad was double story & small size anyways we just spend the night not comfortably..

Guest Score 7 out of 10
Good
The hotel is walkable from the station. They offer for a fee
Sharique (family with young children)

Guest Score 6 out of 10
Pleasant
Location and staff behavior (very polite and very supportive).
Room size, amenities, no value for money. The washroom door had no locks, the bathroom door was transparent / see-through from the top and bottom. No hot water kettle. The room barely had much space even for 2 people, forget about 3 people. The stay was highly disappointing.

Good
The environment is good; staff is very nice. They try to help you in any capacity.
However, these rooms are good for a shorter stay, as rooms are quite small.

Liliia (review category business travellers)

Guest Score 6 out of 10
Pleasant
Very nice staff, clean room, fresh linen and towels, shower and toilet in good working condition. Prepaid breakfast was good.
No kettle, no drinking water , absence of a simplest snack in the room . There is a vending machine coffee machine at the ground floor, but in the evening It was switched off, so having a simple hot drink seemed to be an issue.

Pleasant
Room should have water boiler for hot drinks at least
The coffee machine in the reception area should be free as a welcome drink for guests
Room size is for a single person only not for a couple

Nadine (family with young children)
stayed in October, 2026
Guest Score 9 out of 10
Wonderful
The accommodation was perfect for our purpose, close to the venue we wanted to attend a concert at, with a spacious parking garage that was easily accessible. Check in was smooth, staff was kind. Everything was clean and functional. It was quiet at night, beds were comfortable. There was a sufficient amount of outlets to charge devices. The neighborhood seemed safe and trendy with fun spots to have a meal or drink.
