Service was outstanding - the staff could not have been more helpful. Location was perfect - on the river Limatt and within the old town. Our room looked directly onto the river and across it at the two towers and old town - a beautiful view. We were also within easy walking distance of the lake.
The room was very small despite the high room rate, but it was beautifully appointed. I suppose that is to be expected in an old building on the river's edge in an old city.

The cafe section was closed for an entire day - with the other facilities not showing flexibility to host the guests. We were advised to use the cigar lounge, which unsurprisingly had a very stron cigar smell factor :))
