We booked several rooms for a family trip to Switzerland. The staff was so accommodating! They had the rooms ready early which is much appreciated when your 13 hour flight gets you there in the morning. They also provided a crib with comforter for our 1 year old grandson at no extra charge. The hotel booked us tickets for the chocolate museum and really helped us with anything we needed for our trip.
It was expensive- but I think that is the norm for Zurich!

The location?
Everything was perfect overall, the suite was clean and spacious though the AC wasn’t strong enough. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Louise she gave me great recommendations and Shieya who works at the cafe outside( sorry if I spelled your name wrong!)

The location was convenient, especially since its very close to Zurich HBF station. However, it was in a noisy neighborhood.
The room was spacious and clean. The toilet was just fine, it was however old looking with a very obviously replaced and ill fitting door.
Toilet was not up to standard.

The location is perfect - right in front of Zurich central station and in the heart of Zurich cultural centre. Staff at hotel was very courteous and helping, both the Wang staff and the front desk officer at night duty were very polite and understanding
The hotel infrastructure is run down and not well kept. The hotel already reported that its sauna and spa were out of order, but the most surprising and shocking experience was that the air conditioning was also not functional

Location was excellent. Early checkin was amazingly appreciated after a long overnight flight from the US.
My only complaint was the shower did not drain and caused flooding in the bathroom. The shower floor would fill up like a bathtub. We recommended it be repaired before renting the room again.

The location was great, the staff friendly when I wanted a few more coffee pods they were glad to give me some. I had dinner one night with some friends which was very good and well priced for a hotel. Also there was heat and air conditioning in May which is a fickle month in Zurich - one day hot and the next chilly and rain, so I had no temperature problems.
The WIFI was a little slow, but adequate.

The Hotel is located at the heart of the city. Our room was spacious, recently renovated and well designed. The breakfast buffet was very tasteful and rich.. All the staff, especially Mr Erhan, was very helpful. As a result, our stay was beyond our expectations and we will definitely be back.
