On the famous Bahnhofstrasse shopping street in the heart of Zurich, Hotel St. Gotthard offers air-conditioned rooms and 3 restaurants. The train station is only 100 yards away. Built in 1889 and family-run since then, the St. Gotthard was recently refurbished, modernized and enlarged. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout its 5 stories. Not much to like
All experience is very poor. I stayed at Suot thar is size of my Toilet at home for price of 5 star hotel in serious hotel chain. Outside restaurant is closing at 20h!!

Book for a room with a balcony, and at check in our room wasn't ready so they said they would give us an upgraded room, but it didn't have a balcony

Perfect location for public transportation access and walkability to many tourist attractions, shopping and dining. Welcoming front desk staff.
It was a bit of a climb to get into the bathtub. Not ideal for those with any mobility issues. Also the air conditioning didn’t cool at night but too noisy to leave windows open.

Absolutely amazing location! Everything is incredibly close and the city center is easily accessible, which made my stay so convenient. A huge special mention to the staff, everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I had a wonderful experience overall and will definitely be coming back here again!

Great location opposite main Zürich train station. Our room was clean and very quiet. Nice friendly staff. Daily breakfast with excellent variety.
Never stayed in a hotel with a bed doona but no top bed sheet. Strange but doable.
