The staff, particularly Corinna, are very kind and always happy to help. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had some health issues and they let us stay a little later than the check out time. Even though the bathroom is shared, we never encountered someone else, so it felt like a private one. We'll surely come back when we visit Zurich again.

Very well situated in a quiet area with tram stops close by. Warm welcome and comfortable room that was well-equipped. Very good buffet breakfast.

The room was very clean, and even though it was a shared bathroom, we had a sink in the room, so the basics of washing your hands, brushing your teeth could be handled all in doors. I was on the top floor, so I also had a balcony which was incredible to sit out during the evening and just enjoy the cool air. Wifi was strong here as well, so signal was never a problem. It was a very clean well thought out space for a solo traveler, and the shared bathrooms were RARELY busy in my opinion. Close by to trams!
There is no AC at this location. I was aware of that when I booked, but it was quite hot. I slept with the door and window wide open and the fan blowing. It was pleasant once the fan helped the air move around a bit more in the evening.

Location was excellent, staff very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean with very comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was lovely. Everything was so fresh.
Nothing really. A fridge would have been nice in the room but we did have access to one in the breakfast room if we wanted.

I specifically booked a twin room not double with bathroom as my friend and I have no desire to share a bed.
This was the most expensive hotel of our holiday and when we arrived discovered a small double bed.
I went back to reception and was told well that's all they had as fully booked, but the room was not what I had booked. We were then given a triple room but with a shared bathroom, and whilst the facilities were clean and fine it is not what I had paid for or wanted and spoilt the first day of our trip.
It would have been more appropriate to message to explain ahead of time so that we had a choice to cancel, I had messaged with approximate check in time so there was every opportunity to explain the situation.
I feel that this is poor and yet no-one cared at the time and at 10pm and having already paid we had no choice but to stay.

Once we figured out the walking from the train station it was great! Be advised Google maps does not work well in Europe due to the nature of the streets
The hotel was a short walk from the Wiedekon station which we got right from the airport

Good location, good price, friendly staff. Tiny elevator was much better than carrying luggage to 4th floor.
