The breakfast was fantastic. Best part of the hotel stay. Servers were great too. Nice selection and breakfast options.
We had an issue with AC and ants in our room, however, we were immediately moved and that was great.

I got caught in a thunderstorm and the person on the front desk was very kind and took my clothes to be dried. I also received a wonderful welcome when I arrived as well as a small hand fan to use as Zurich was so hot! Also the breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice and good quality and the staff were very efficient, they cooked me eggs to order.
