Staff was incredibly nice, breakfast was great and it was very well connected to public transport.
It had all you need to sleep a night or two in Zurich, if you're there on a quick touristy trip.
Not the cleanest. Not bad, but our wardrobe had dust on its doors. We hung something up on the door and it came down grey with dust.
The bathroom was minute, almost didn't fit in the shower and water came out of the side when showering.

Great value breakfast, large room, didn’t need to request cot, nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, hotel parking available, albeit only a few spaces
Elevator was out of order during our stay but I saw it being repaired on Monday morning.

Clean and tidy. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
During our Stay there were some construction works going on (painting the walls), which was especially inconvenient with the kids.

Loved it - spent three nights there after having done the Engadin Ski Marathon earlier in the week. Tram stop right outside the door to head into the city center, Hauptbahnhof. Or head the other way to get to the Uetliberg for a great day trip. Sweet breakfast setup.

Neufeld is my favourite hotel in Zurich. It's well-priced, has a nice buffet, nice staff, and good rooms. The location is quiet and the hotel is very near the tram station.
For me, the hotel atmosphere is great. Just as a piece of information: This is not a posh hotel, so if that is what you are looking for, choose another one, and more expensive)

It was easy to get around Zurich from the transit station across the street. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and nicely appointed appointed

Appreciated the ear plugs even though they were not needed.
Difficult to dry my hair- no plugs near the mirror

Very easy to reach to everywhere with trams. Comfortable room. Good variety in breakfast. Lovely staff.
