Good location, good breakfast, lovely reception staff.
The room was filthy. We had paid booking.com extra money for a deluxe room but when we got to the room and saw the state of it, we asked to be moved but the next room wasn't much better. Mattress cover very stained, one bath towel between two of us, heavy stains on the walls. Wardrobe full of woodwork and handles broken. My so-called deluxe room was an attic room on the 5th floor and it was very hard not to bang your head off the low roof getting out of the bed. We have never stayed in a room as grubby as this room was and I will be asking booking.com for the extra money we paid to be refunded. Do not stay here

Location was very close to the train station
Room was old, floor worn and they put a cheap stained area rug over it. Room was stuffy so opening the window was critical to get airflow, however street noise continued til midnight. Breakfast was satisfactory however staff could not keep up and finding cups and cutlery was a challenge

Great location and wonderful customer service , plus excellent breakfast as good as 4-5 star hotel. Will definitely comeback if visit Zurich again.

Breakfast was good albeit a little chaotic. Quality and choice of food was what you would expect. The coffee machines produced coffee that was reasonable.
The coffee machine in the room didn't work and looked like it hadn't worked for a while. The layout of the room was somewhat haphazard with a TV mounted in the eves, no easily accessible sockets (fortunately we had taken charging packs). The room was looking tired.

The location was good. It was a 5 minute walk away from the central train station. The check-in process was easy but there were many times where the staff was not even at the desk.
The rooms were filthy. It looked like the rooms had not been cleaned in months. There was dust everywhere. The fan was not working. There were small spiders everywhere and moths in the shower. Also the pillows had barely any stuffing. It was like sleeping on the pillow case only.

Not comfortable in hot weather. The fan is inadequate. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to minor maintenance like light bulbs and screws coming out of walls.
