The staff were helpful and accommodating.
It requires modernisation, bathrooms are small and shower over the bath with a shower curtain is very 1990's.
WiFi not great and the TV proporting to have cable channels was poor with English speaking channels pixelating constantly. The restaurant was expensive and the menu choice was limited. The bar area was closed. There was very little area to socialise with family.

Good quiet location. Trams stop right outside. A few restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. Restaurant in the hotel was very good as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My stay was perfect! The hotel was able to accommodate my request for a quiet room in the back of the hotel and check in was easy with a very friendly and helpful front desk employee. The room was tastefully decorated in a modern style and everything was clean and new looking. As a bonus, the air conditioning was cold! I also found the bathroom great, as the shower pressure was strong and the temperature was steady. Finally, breakfast was available early every morning with a wide variety of food so that I could fuel up and head out for a full day of exploring. The location was also super convenient, as it is 1 tram stop away from Zurich HB station.
Although the AC was cold, the controls were a bit difficult to use and set a specific temperature. I ended up turning it off when I thought it was too cold.
