Excellent customer service. The breakfast was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and also use room service. Dinner was very delicious. Even staff were amazing, they greeted everyone who walked through the door with a smile and go far and beyond to lend a hand if we needed help with anything. The rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with fresh towels, toileteries, teas, coffee and water. The hotel is conveniently located next to a tram stop. You step out of the hotel and straight onto the tram and you are on your way out to the city centre or train station. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four days stay at Hotel Krone. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zurich. I will stay here again if I ever visit Switzerland again! Its the best place to be!!!

It was great having our own small room compared to sharing one with my father. It allowed for more privacy and personal space.
Everything was good. I wish the room cooled down quicker but maybe i just didn't figure out the temperature control completely.

Good access to public transport,
The room was very small and the bathroom walls were frosted glass so if I use the bathroom during night whole room would light up when turning bathroom lights on disturbing my partner.

Friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. The tram station is conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around the city.

Very Good
The room was small but comfortable for a short stay and very clean and well maintained.
The tram stop is just outside if you have a room facing the street and you are sensitive to noise. Did not bother me much.
