The location
The air was broken, we had to open the windows and run a fan and then a storm came and let it rain during the middle of the night so we had to close the window and the room was uncomfortably hot, disrupting our sleep. The refrigerator also did not work and replacement had to be brought and sat out on the counter.

Location was great, room was just right for me as a solo traveller, it's great. There are trams very close by and can also walk to the city.
Maybe it was just my room but the air conditioning was near the door, so it wouldn't really come towards the bed, and it was very hot in Zurich that week (late 30 degrees) which made it very hot but other than that, everything was great.
