We only stayed for one evening there and booked out a larger room for three people. It was very quiet which was appreciated. It's semi-close to the train station. The staff was pleasant but there was a wait when we stopped by again. I think the value for the money wasn't really there as there wasn't any concierge service (recommendations of restaurants), help with planning, etc.

The hotel's welcome was very good, the staff were very friendly. It's in a very good location for a city hotel. Everything is easily accessible in a short time. Shopping areas are very close by. However, the walls of the room are very thin, so all sounds echo in the room at night. This was an extremely bad experience. We requested two extra beds, but these extra beds were incredibly poor quality. There is a very nice Nescafe machine in the room, which is great, and the bed sheets and towels are pristine white, which is very good. But the curtains in the room need to be washed. The breakfast is very weak; I think it could be better. Also, the hotel has a very good valet service. But still, it's a hotel in a very good location for a city hotel.

Location wise - around 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Plus point coop city is just opposite. Got a free room upgrade and they were able to fulfill my special request for 2 rooms to be close together during booking and 1 of our rooms was available for early check in.
Very limited breakfast selection.

The location was perfect everything was within walking distance and very close to the train station.The staff and service were outstanding.

The location was great. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see in the city and the station wmas just 5 minutes away.
