We stayed in June for vacation and rented three rooms. One had no working AC. By the time we reported it, they said it couldn’t be fixed until the next day, so we slept in heat. We asked for a one-night refund,for that room only, but they denied it, claiming the AC was fine. They didn’t fix their mistake, and I don’t recommend this hotel.

Very Good
The location was perfect for a weekend in town and visiting old town. Very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is definitely not worth it, but all coffee bars open late so not that many alternatives.

Excellent location. Hotel decor and room environment was excellent. The rooms were set up really nice, great bedding, space to move around, amenities were nice, elevator was a bonus. The free small chocolate candies at the reception desk were a nice touch.
Some of the staff were a little short in patience with the language translation and approach but otherwise fine. The only thing that stood out was the chocolate fountain did not run during our two-day visit. Or I can say we never saw it running. We saw a bowl with some remnants of chocolate. The pictures of this hotel showed the chocolate fountain, and I understand it is a small detail, but it made me choose this hotel.

It was in a great location steps away from the train station, main tram station, and old town. For one of the more affordable hotels in the area, it suited our needs well. We were even able to check in at 9am after our flight landed since our room happened to be ready.
The air conditioning did not work well. The bathroom and room are on the smaller side, especially the shower but it fit our needs just fine.

The staff were wonderful - friendly, outgoing, able to answer questions and solve any issues, like getting the correct bed configuration for us.
The air conditioning was out in our room (508) but they assured us it was working. I gave them feedback that it's possible the AC units are working at first, and then freezing and failing after some time. This is common with AC units that need more coolant, for example. I don't think the staff mis-represented the issue, I think it's a tricky one to diagnose. We stayed at the end of May, which was comfortable with the window open. If this had been July or August, we would have asked for a refund and switched hotels. I do hope they resolve the AC issues promptly before the Summer arrives.

I stayed at this hotel with my friend for one night in May 2026, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. At check-in, we were kindly given a free room upgrade, an early check-in, and they also provided two beds as we requested.
The room had everything we needed, and the interior was very unique and charming. The windows were large and opened onto the main central street, which gave the room a great atmosphere.
The location is very convenient — only about a 5-minute walk from Zurich Central Station.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location was very good and easily accessible, which made getting around simple and convenient. The room was small but well-organized and efficient, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was perfectly clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical place to stay, especially for a short trip.
The only downside was that there was no disabled access at the entrance, which could make it difficult for guests with mobility needs or heavy luggage. This would be an important improvement for the future.

The location was 3 minutes on foot, from Main Train Station and 5-10 minutes from everywhere on the central Zürich.
The room was ok for 2 persons and the Breakfast was ok!
We arrive early in the morning and they are more than welcome to give us the opportunity for early check in, because of the availability, that was perfect!
The bed was a bit uncomfortable
