Good
The hotel is located near to train station about 5-7ms walk. The staffs are friendly
The kettle, cups are plastic. It is not good when you book hot water using plastic kettle.

Wonderful
The staff gave us a courtesy upgrade for our honeymoon, which was very nice. They also helped me surprise my wife with a gift in the room.
The hotel was quite expensive, but I think this is more the fault of Zurich being extremely expensive rather than the hotel itself. prices were outrageous everywhere

The chocolate fountain in the foyer. The location was excellent
I didn't like the sliding lock inside of the Room. It caused me a lot of anxiety in fact a panic attack as I could not open it initially. I had to ring the receptionist to help me. After about 100 attempts it finally opened. Sure it was faulty! I found this very stressful and upsetting. Never encountered anything like that before.

Wonderful
Convenient location, close to the main railway station. Lovely staff - very polite and welcoming. Comfortable room, well equipped and very clean. The chocolate fountain.
The breakfast room is quirky (former cinema?). It’s clean but would benefit from some decoration. The breakfast itself was good - generous buffet of everything we wanted.
