The room size was quite spacious to store our 2 luggages and there's plenty of space still. And the location is close from the Zurich HB and the shopping street Bahnhofstrasse. Opposite of the hotel is Migros supermarket & restaurant (they close on Sundays).

Wow! Really amazing discovery. Been to Zurich many times but had never stayed here…fabulous location, good price, clean, comfortable and really complete breakfast even with gluten free options. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Had a really pleasant stay at Hotel City Zurich. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Zurich HB, with the lake and Zurich Old Town also within walking distance. Tram services are very close to the hotel, making it easy to get around.
The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was simple but nice, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Central location in Zurich; nice facilities.
No one disclosed the all night disco two doors away that blasted music until 5:30 am. No one in our family slept due to the disco and street party noise.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the main train station and sightseeing. The front desk staff was helpful to me as I was a solo traveler. The lady at the front was kind enough to set up a tour for me which was fantastic! The elevator was down the day of my check-in and they assisted with getting my very heavy luggage up the steps. I really appreciated their kindness.
Every morning (except for Sunday), I heard music but I believe it may have been from one of the nearby shops or restaurants. No fault to the hotel just something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a quiet start to your mornings. It personally didn’t bother me.

Excellent central location. Hotel clean throughout with friendly staff. Tasty breakfast with good range of options. Extremely comfortable bed with towels provided. Stylish bathroom with hot water and large mirror.
Aircon didn't seem to work.
