Staff was accommodating.
Unfortunately, they are conditioning, as is not working. And of course, if you open up the windows, it shuts off. We had to ask for 2 fans and it was still warm,hard to sleep.

lack of view and we did not know that breakfast was not included and were shocked to be billed a large price upon departure. It was not a great breakfast.

Great location especially if you arrive in Zurich by train. Within easy walking distance of the old town, also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. It was good to be able to open windows as the weather was fairly warm during our stay.

The location and the bathroon space. The bicycles were really good to practice some activity near the lake. Congrats for this facility.
The pillows were not confortable and the internet conection wifi were not good, everytime the wifi conection was lost.

Location, cleanliness, staff, facilities etc were all good.
The air conditioning was too warm and the controller adjustment was restricted.

Accessibility
Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, the fans /air cooling wasn't working. It's a noisy street so either noice canceling arrangements are needed, or some fan or something so that one can sleep without opening the windows. I found the picture on booking.com to be misleading.
