Lovely, convenient, clean and friendly hotel! We have stayed here for many years!
The only problem is the noise in the street with cars revving up and down and drunken louts screaming and shouting all night until the early hours of the morning. Because there is no air con, you have to open your windows and in good weather and in summer, it is your worst nightmare. Sleep is impossible! I guess its the price you pay for the convenient location?

Location was on the spot. RIght at the center and walking distance from almost everything in the city. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice pillows, clean. Everything was exceptional. Even the staff of the hotel were amazing. Very polite and greeded us everytime we walked in the property.
Its a very personal dislike but I really don't like shower curtains. I don't like when they get stuck on you when you take a shower. I understand that maybe they are there because of luck of space etc but I am sure it can be worked out somehow.

comfortable and spacious room. Good basic amenities. Nice furniture and decoration. Excellent location near to the train station, bus stops just around the corner and really close to the famous Bahnhofstrasse.
Althoug breakfast was good, it could offer a bit more for the price, although the orange juice was great!

Very very clean. Building well maintained and staff was very friendly.
AC is not temperature controlled so it was warm for all of our stay. We would have preferred to sleep in cool 70-74 F temp.

A cozy hotel very close to Zurich HB with a very polite staff. Definitely try it if you need a hotel in the center, close to the station.
The floor was a bit squeaky :)

The customer service at the front desk was amazing. They helped us with finding locations in the area and how to use the train system. Excellent service!

The room is not that big but you have everything you need at your disposal. The bed linen is excellent, the light is very comfortable, the bathroom is quite spacious, the staff is polite and friendly.
It was too hot in the night but, more likely, it was our own fault that we didn't reduce the heater. We tried to switch on the air conditioner instead but it worked very loud.
