Location was perfect, not a far walk from the main train station and right around the corner from the main shopping street in Zurich and the old town. Room was serviced every day and front desk staff always on duty and very helpful. Having the Migros mall and grocery right across the road was supper convenient also.
Asked for a room with two beds which were joined together, separated upon request yet joined each day after room cleaning. Luckily was easy to push apart so we can have our private space as the room, while functional was small. Had breakfast only one morning as found overpriced for what was provided, staff very helpful though.

The location is good, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The room itself is standard, with nothing special but nothing lacking either. The elevator was out of service the day we arrived, but it was working again the next day.
The breakfast was the weakest part of the stay. It's honestly one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I've had. The restaurant itself also isn't very inviting, so it's not a place that makes you want to spend time there. Improving the breakfast would make a big difference to the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is great, just a few hundred metres from the main station and a flat walk, so very easy to get to. The hotel is clean with good facilities. Breakfast was good and the lounge area to stay in after checkout was handy.
The shower was very small, but the bathroom clean.

all good and suited our purpose of a night in Zurich after train from London so fresh for onward jourey the next day
eveefrything was good but getting there was difficult for strangers and the taxi cost us 20 swiss francs when we were intending to walk but we coudnt work out which way to go. Thats not the Hotels problem. Ours. And walking would have been cheaper and quicker.. The directions said 'west' but when you dont have a compass in a strange town, that description is useless. As it turned out we exited from the wrong side of the Station.

The location is very central and convenient for exploring Zürich, with everything within easy reach. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was surprisingly quiet despite the central location, which I really appreciated. I also loved having a bathtub in the room, it was a wonderful bonus after a day of exploring the city.

Comfortable, quiet and close to the train. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Surprisingly the coffee was very good.
