Conveniently located in the city near the Zurich HB and lots of restaurants. Nice clean room with decent breakfast
We had an issue with the power going out in the middle of the night with one of our rooms. Took over 12 hours for it to be restored.

We loved the location. The downside was the air conditioning didn’t work. It was very hot when we were there and couldn’t get our room temp below 24.2. We had a fan on full time, we chose the hotel as it stated Aircon. The safe also played up. The staff tried to fix it but gave up in the end. The room was lovely, bathroom very nice.

Great location, very central. Lovely little outdoor area and nice architecture/staircase. Staff very helpful and looked after luggage during the day of checkout
Room was lovely but very small - in particular the bathroom. Breakfast didn’t have good options and was disappointing for the price

Excellent location, about 10 min. from the central station, close to shops and resturants, pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms were next to the elevator not so private for families but comfortable. There is no AC but provided fan. The lady at room service was very kind to my family (thank you). We were allowed to leave the luggage at the reception after checkout awaiting the leave to the airport
Breakfast is average, some items were missing took sometime to be avaliable again. Improved on the second day.
