Location was good. Staff on reception helpful. Room was clean.
Room was nothing like pictures or described. King size double bed was actually two twin beds just pushed together. The sloping ceiling meant that you couldn’t walk upright on one side of the bed. Only one small attic window so room was also dark. Only toiletry supplied was body wash. If you want shampoo etc it is chargeable.

The staff and the standard of the room in general. The window in the bathroom didn’t close properly so cold air got in.
