Wonderful
Literally the best situated hotel if you're attending an event at the stadium, it's right across the street. And obviously if you were in the stadium and left at the end, noise from the event won't be an issue when you try to sleep. Parking was spacious, easy to find and to get in and out of, not cheap but that was to be expected for Zürich. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Room was good.
Breakfast was a bit disorganized — at first there was no one to check our room number and to let us in the area, many tables had been used and didn't have cutlery on them anymore and a member of staff got annoyed when we retrieved more by ourselves from the shelves.

Hotel is right across Hallenstadion. Very convenient if you are attending a concert that is expected to end late or if you are accompanying your teens.

Disappointing
Clean bathroom, nice shower area, liquid soap and shampoo available, clean high-quality cotton towels, toilet paper and taps very good. Clean room floor and furniture. Comfortable bed mattress, clean and new-looking bed sheets and pillows. Free Wi-Fi fast enough but not stellar.
Very poor lighting and gloomy room design. Even when you turn on all lights you can't see the contents of your bag. Lights too dim for anything else but watching TV. Everything looks stark, dark and cheap, except bed sheets, bathroom and towels

It was a one day stay at the location and breakfast was good. Night time dinner has a problem if need anything at late night which is inconveniant. Less verity but it was good.
Location mailnly. Bit far from the city. Buses also need to walk a bit to get to the Zurich city area. Food unavailability at the hotel at night is inconveniant.

It was clean and breaksfast was great. Another plus is how close we were from the airport.
The lady in the morning shift was rude, gave us information but very rude.

No AC in room; windows opened a crack; portable room fan only helped a little; bathroom remained stuffy/ hot even in December.
We selected this hotel knowing it was on the outskirts of city, but it was not as close to airport as we originally understood it to be. Hotel has no airport transportation shuttle, so we had to Uber.

We had a nice quiet room and a good night's sleep. The hotel is perfectly situated across the road from the Hallenstadion. A very good shower and all the facilities one could need. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel is a bit far from the city center but a single tram can take you there. If you have Zurich card then it is quite cost effective. The parking is underground.
The hotel staff was very kind, and allowed us an extremely early check-in at 9 am because our flight arrived in the morning. This was very considerate of them.
Hotel was a bit expensive, but so is Switzerland in general.

We only stayed one night after a concert at the Hallenstadion. The hotel is perfectly positioned being just across the road. The rooms are very quiet and roomy.
The television didn't work, not even for the Swiss channels. We didn't go there to watch television but it's nice to watch the news in the morning.

Hotel was good especially for attending a show in the hall just across the road.
I booked the hotel due to location and having an air conditioner which in a middle of a heatwave, is a necessity. The hotel switched off the air conditioner at 11pm. By midnight we were covered in sweat. I called to ask why would they do that and they said they do not have an air conditioner (?!?) and there's a fan in the room if we feel hot. Seriously?
Also the website says free breakfast which you usually get in Holiday Inn but we were asked to pay.

The location near to the Messe Zürich
There was no air conditioning, the rooms are not nice, very basic installation. Bath tub to take a shower.
Staff, especially the manager on duty were not so friendly.

Convenient
The comforter is very small, can cover 1.5 person, one person was only half covered. Why such a small one for a big bed??? Made sleeping uncomfortable.
