The front staff was nice and hotel location is convenient
Room cleaning is a nightmare. The staff refuses the same bedsheets again with the blanket without cleaning it. Staff didn't even pickup our garbage. (Tho one of the days we did wake up late so cleaning not being done is understandable). We booked 4 nights but left after the 3rd. There is alot of loud mechanical noises that randinly pop in the middle of the night.. Also no AC, we woke up sweating every morning. Would never recommend it!

Not much to consider here!
We run into a problem over booking 2 room at the check out we found out we have to pay for 3 room which created some animosity and the front desks personal were very uncooperative as well became kind of rude when I insisted to talk to their manager.

Hotel war direkt gegenüber der Messe.
Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch OK. Was genervt hat war wieder mal das Problem dass der Checkout pro Person 10 Minuten gedauert hat, weil das Staff weder die IT ordentlich bedienen kann und generell Probleme beim Lesen und Schreiben (abtippen von Visitenkartendaten) hatte.

The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the amenities you would expect for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
The bathroom had a very modern design, featuring a glass barn-style sliding door. While stylish, it did not provide much privacy. Other than that, the hotel was good overall and offered a comfortable stay.

We were turned back at the reception because they gave away our rooms which we had paid for. They gave away reserved and paid for rooms to people walking in without reservations. They did not apologize to us, and were rude
