Very Poor
The staff is most uncooperative, insensible and shameless. I lost my hard-earned huge money in Euro and Dollars in Zurich. I wanted to check whether my money got lost in the hotel. I requested hotel staff including General Manager of the hotel to look into close circuit camera, but they did not cooperate. After 7 days the General Manager sent a mail to me and did not properly respond to my questions and queries. When I wrote back to her requesting more cooperation then also even after 25 days, they did not care to respond. When I got to know about the loss of my money immediately, I sought support from the receptionist, but she showed her inability to support and highest apathy and indifference. The kind of concern they should have demonstrated, they did not do at all. Extremely bad experience. How anyone can be so unmoved even hearing about big loss to the hotel client/guest.

Poor service. Dirty bedsheets flush broken and never fixed it. Charged for early check in for all 3 rooms. Rude staff and no compassion for bad service and dirty rooms. Floors had all hair , bedsheets were super dirty changed after 2 days despite multiple requests. No AC and super hot.

It was very nice and the staff was very helpful
There is no AC and it was 96 degrees outside. The restaurant was closed the day we arrived (Sunday) and so were all the restaurants so we had to go a ways to get food.

We run into a problem over booking 2 room at the check out we found out we have to pay for 3 room which created some animosity and the front desks personal were very uncooperative as well became kind of rude when I insisted to talk to their manager.

Wonderful
The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the amenities you would expect for a comfortable stay.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
The bathroom had a very modern design, featuring a glass barn-style sliding door. While stylish, it did not provide much privacy.
Other than that, the hotel was good overall and offered a comfortable stay.

Location was convenient for my business needs. Reception staff and bar staff friendly and helpful. Room was quiet.
The general condition of the hotel is tired and needs refurbishment—scrapes on walls and chipped paint. The air conditioning was useless. Didn't like there being no door on the shower.

Wonderful
Literally the best situated hotel if you're attending an event at the stadium, it's right across the street. And obviously if you were in the stadium and left at the end, noise from the event won't be an issue when you try to sleep. Parking was spacious, easy to find and to get in and out of, not cheap but that was to be expected for Zürich. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Room was good.
Breakfast was a bit disorganized — at first there was no one to check our room number and to let us in the area, many tables had been used and didn't have cutlery on them anymore and a member of staff got annoyed when we retrieved more by ourselves from the shelves.

Clean bathroom, nice shower area, liquid soap and shampoo available, clean high-quality cotton towels, toilet paper and taps very good. Clean room floor and furniture. Comfortable bed mattress, clean and new-looking bed sheets and pillows. Free Wi-Fi fast enough but not stellar.
Very poor lighting and gloomy room design. Even when you turn on all lights you can't see the contents of your bag. Lights too dim for anything else but watching TV. Everything looks stark, dark and cheap, except bed sheets, bathroom and towels

It was a one day stay at the location and breakfast was good. Night time dinner has a problem if need anything at late night which is inconveniant. Less verity but it was good.
Location mailnly. Bit far from the city. Buses also need to walk a bit to get to the Zurich city area. Food unavailability at the hotel at night is inconveniant.
