The location is 2 minutes walk from Zurich HB, city center is about 3 walk and the old town is about 5 minutes walk.
It was super clean and very well-equipped. There was a shower bidet in the both bathrooms
The value of money is quite high given the fact that it isn’t a fully serviced apartment.
The high volume of emails and messages will get you confused

Dear Mr. Butler,
As you are aware, I faced significant issues during my stay, particularly with the electricity and air conditioning not working in the master bedroom. I was really unsatisfied with the lack of customer service from the apartment team, as no one came to assist me in person. I had to stay until midnight without electricity, until you remotely opened the electrical room — and even then, I was the one who had to search for and turn on the switches myself. Unfortunately, the power to both bedrooms was again cut early in the morning.
Due to these repeated issues with electricity and air conditioning, I was unable to sleep well yesterday, and the services were not up to an acceptable standard.
Regarding the minibar, I only used the complimentary water.
I will check out at 10:30 AM today. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused, I am highly requesting a refund for one night.

The Property will take 500 CHF Deposit.
After chekout they didnt pay the deposit back and are writing me that i have smoked in the apartemtn even if i dont smoke.
I dont reccomend you to stay here.!

A bit too much automation in the apartment, took us a long even to reduce the volume of the TV.

One of the reasons that people book apartments rather than hotels is to have access to a washing machine. In this case there was no access to a washing machine and I feel that something that should be made clear upfront, unless it is possible to allow access to washing machine. It would also have been good to have an instruction manual to operate the sound system and the fireplace. Otherwise the property was fantastic

The location is right next to the train station with lots of shops and possibilities. The apartment is technically well equipped (too well in some regards).
The tiles on the floor were broken or missing which is covered by some small carpets. One shower gave only boiling hot water no matter how you turned the level, so unusable. The “clever” toilets seemed to have a life of their own and banged against the wall upon opening and on the seat upon closing. At about 5-6am on a daily basis expect the trash to be collected which causes a lot of noise no matter how firm the windows are shut. The staff knew we were with a child who needed a day nap and that we would require a late check out. Tried to reconfirm it to find out that the apartment was already rented out, so we had to leave without the nap to find another place. The cleaning is once a week included in the price and can come without warning. In our case it came while the baby was asleep and insisted on cleaning right away. So better make an appointment when you want the apartment to be cleaned. There is no wardrobe in the entrance, so expect to drop your coats on the floor.

Amazing property in all ways. Brilliant location, steps away from the station and from the main strip in Zurich.
Beautiful inside, clean, incredibly modern, and with all the amenities you’d want and more. We didn’t use everything but having the option of a sauna in your apartment, gym equipment, a full dining table, etc is awesome.
The host is great, even if we never met James in person! Very smooth process, great communication, and very clear.
N/A - it was pretty much perfect. Slightly pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s Switzerland!

Its too expensive considering what it really offers and there was not even cleaning included for the whole duration of my stay.
