The location was very close to the airport which was handy. However, though we were given a room on the "quiet" side of the hotel, it was noisy, with lots motorcycles whizzing by throughout the night.

Some staff behavior, one guy in Reception, seems he is racist. On 5th May 2026, around evening time (6pm), I was in the queue to enquire about free city voucher but this guy ignored me and called some other white guy who was behind me. However the guy next to him helped me with explaining voucher and benefits. You have to take the racist behavior seriously. Second example is shuttle van driver for departure on 6th May 2026 at 8.40 am to airport, his behavior was so rude just because I could not show him QR code for shuttle to airport. The QR code was not received for free shuttle as promised.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful on arrival. I got there close to midnight and was very tired, and they were helpful, upgraded me, and helped with the shuttle back to the airport early the next day.
The rooms are a bit dated.

When I booked the room, on your website, it said the airport shuttle service (from the airport to the hotel) was freely included. But, it was not and I was charged for the service.
The airport shuttle service info should be correctly updated on the booking website(s) and consistent with what was actually practiced.

Location is great for overnight stay before early morning departure Access to executive lounge between 1700-1900, incl. Great view!
Towels provided for one person only No washcloths In tub shower unusable as tub is old fashioned (high). My friend has hip problems so couldn’t climb in. Room in basement, so no view. Most likely Housekeeping tried their best but the room needs updating and repairs. Coffee consists of water heater and instant coffee, no cream available. Voucher system for return bus to airport is a nice idea, but the procedure to validate it is cumbersome and we missed our bus, jeopardizing required timely check-in for flight. I gladly would have paid the chf 5 instead!
