It feels brand new, attention put to details, very nice bar and living room, awesome breakfast, great staff!

Clean, atmosphere, silent rooms, good coktails!
Adding more amenities would have been great (ie. Kettle in the rooms) and a more curates fitness studio.

Nice room with enough space to arrange your luggage.
The room is sound proof and we didn't hear the party with a live band running on the night we stayed.
I loved the decor.
Not too many dislikes, My room faced the inner core of the building, so the view wasn't a strength...

Rooms are clean and fairly new.
One of the staff members was helpful. I asked a local floral shop to send flowers to the Hotel. We were not in the room when the flowers were delivered. The flower shop sent the flowers, with no water or vase

Clean. Super easy parking. Next to a tram route which takes you right into town
As with anything in Zürich it’s a bit pricy but reasonable compared to other hotels

Sound proofing is non existent. One can hear other people talking and watching TV, but maybe that was just my room.
The AC unit is a beast - like airplane level of noise. And it felt like it didn’t work. But that wasn’t a problem since the weather wasn’t too hot during my stay.

The hotel was located very close to a bus stop which made commuting very easy. The double room was a good size too.

We stayed only one night, but location was perfect for us to go to Swiss Life Arena, and the room was comfy and cosy. Underground parking - very convenient if travelling by car (extra charge 25chf).
