The hotel feels luxurious from the moment you enter, you have 3 elevators so you barely wait, the corridors leading to the rooms are very long and gives a very spacious vibe. Our room had a large shower room that definitely was a highlight, it was very large for a shower and the stream was very strong (in a good way). The room itself is big and luxurious. The area is good, you have a mall right outside the hotel with a big coop, and a mcdonalds, vapiano outside. Breakfast was exceptional, many choices and variety and everything was fresh and clean.

Beautifully done out hotel, pleasant common spaces as well as rooms, homey despite being designy, in the heart of Sihl City with plenty of convenient eateries as well as shops and tram links.

The room was very good and modern, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is not in the center of the city but in easy access, 15 minutes by tram or Uber, or 30 minutes walking. The hotel is part of the Sihlcity shopping mall complex which is excellent for shopping or grabbing a bite or a coffee. The hotel has a nice bar for having a relaxing drink. The price of the hotel is a bit expensive taking into consideration that it is not in the center of the city.
The room bathroom facilities (shower, sink, toilet) are all separate each with their own door.

The location was ideal, right next to shopping mall, eateries, food stores and public transportation

The property was close to the tram, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When I mentioned that there was no kettle in the room, they arranged one for us right away, and they were also accommodating when we asked for a slightly later check-out.
The room was lovely, clean, and had a nice view. I believe we were given an upgrade, as this was mentioned at reception. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of hand soap, shampoo, and hand cream, as well as cotton pads, cotton swabs, and a nail file.
There were complimentary drinks in the minibar, and the kitchen was well equipped. I also liked the small complimentary touches in the lobby and entrance area, where water, chocolates, and sweets were available for guests. The TV had access to YouTube and Netflix as well.
I also really appreciated that, even when we did not request a full cleaning, the housekeeping staff still came by and offered to change our towels, which was a very thoughtful touch. There was also a shopping centre nearby with a supermarket, Sephora, and other shops, which was very convenient.
The only very minor issue was that some of the amenities, such as the nail file and the tea and coffee supplies, seemed to be provided for only one person even though the room was booked for two.

Staff were very nice, location is great. Easy access to supermarket and mall and public transport right outside. Gym and breakfast are amazing.
Housekeeping wasn't that good. One day they forgot to put towels and they never changed dirty drinking glasses. It was all fixed when I asked the staff for it, but it would have been nice not needing to ask for the basics.
Breakfast ends at 10am, would have been nicer for it to be until 10:30.
