The location on the edge of the city and the parking as I came from the uk by car which was a 15 hour journey door to door so parking was critical to me
The reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming.

Must visit and amazing facilities. The breakfast was in a nice garden with a small fountain. It was very green and relaxing. Amazing all around and it's definitely our go-to hotel next time we visit. Only regret is we didn't have the time to utilize the tennis court.

Best bit was having a full cooked buffet breakfast out on the Terrace each morning. I’d relax and read the day’s news over my second cup of coffee.
Apparently the hotel is going to be torn down at the end of the year. I am really upset about that, as are the staff. It is the destruction of a perfectly functioning large hotel. It is a waste and a crime to tear it down!

The room was quite small and congested . The shower drain was horrible ,water rising when you showering and you have to turn off tap and wait . Staff was not very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was not catered for different dietary requirements If you dn’t eat pork then you are stuffed and you can eat bread and butter as the croissant was stale Even though we paid for breakfast we had to buy breakfast outside

Lovely hotel within easy walk of tram stop and only 5-10mins on tram into centre. Really pretty garden area for restaurant and the bar area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were a decent size and clean and ours came with a seating area outside.
