The hosts were gracious and attentive.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, and also fairly insulated from noise coming from other neighbors, though not completely.
The apartment was fairly large, with a functioning kitchen, a comfortable living room area, and 2 baths, though I did not need the second one myself.
The bathroom was well appointed, with a good shower head, high up enough for me.
The weather was a bit rainy, so I appreciated the good, large umbrellas that were made available for my use while there.
I was not exactly happy with the "Scandinavian covers" in the bed (2 separate full-size comforters over a double bed, in place of one larger comforter, with no top bedsheet, which, I gather, is how most people here sleep). The covers were a bit short, not long enough to be sufficiently tucked in (I'm 6'6", and that is a concern for me).
The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but the closest breakfast places are about 10 minutes' walk away. You could buy breakfast foods at supermarkets, though, for the next morning, and warm them up using the kitchen. (The apartment also has a Keurig coffee machine.)

Apartment is great location. Well furnished and good products for shower etc. coffee machine & pods very convenient . Great to have 2 & 1/2 bathrooms. Big table was a great place for breakfast or evening games of Uno.
Pillows were large but rather flat. We are a tall family so sloping low ceiling/walls were awkward but we managed.

I really love the EMA House apartments, I regularly travel to Zurich and I prefer to stay here every time. The apartments are modern and comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It is not close to the main tourist attractions but this is not a problem in Zurich. There is a tram station down the street and you can get electric bikes and scooters to get anywhere quickly.

Before you arrive, the team reaches out to you actively and accommodate as much as possible. once you arrive, you use a phone at the lobby and they come to find you in 5 minutes. Elevator is a bit small, but it's European thing, I guess.
Overall, it was such a nice place, location is great as well. you just need to use either taxi or tram number 11 or 14 to get there. Not the 7! 7 will lead you to the back of the building and there's a hill. quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes walking distance from the main train station.
cleaning only available certain days, but it was still ok.

Very spacious. Very very clean. Evwrything we needed was there. Kettle, nespresso, toaster, big refrigerator, many electrical outlets, washer dryer. 2 sinks in the bathroom. Big shower, great water pressure. Close to Zurich HB about a 15min walk and central area. Close to tram

It wasn't far from the downtown area (10 min walk) and a block from the tram we took to many places. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store food as we were trying not to spend too much going out. It's in a beautiful building, but I get the impression people stay there for work as there were businesses across the street. I loved how quiet was at night. It was perfect for our family for four nights!
Everything was great about the apartment, I just wish it hadn't rained so much during our stay. Can't help Mother Nature!
