I liked very much the restaurant with the variety of food options.
I was not aware of the current construction which was difficult for just coming for drinks and squeeze in on the few red tables on the podium. The bathroom sinks in my room was very small.

The hotel is centrally located, in a very quiet area but still within walking distance to the main attractions. The shower was spacious, which I appreciated.
However, the rooms felt quite dated, with cheap furniture, and I was surprised that basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided. Cleanliness was also disappointing—there was visible dust, and the shower wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Overall, for the price charged, I felt the stay was overpriced

Cheese cake in cafe is super amazing. Top notch have not seen that anywhere. From what I understand they put a lot of thought into it. Staff is friendly and nice
I booked automatic choice in bookings for 6. No changes to automatic choice. When I got there. They said they had no rooms left for 3 people in a room. So I told them that they said they could accommodate. So they added a kind of made up bed with one part wood one cushion and on it a mattress. Second issue is breakfast, they have self making eggs.. with only 2 stations ( on second day on station broke down) ... takes a lot of time, and i had the station and no one else could make scrambled or sunnyside eggs... and it took me 90 min for breakfast. This issue should be obvious. Under bed was not clean.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable with a good size and bathrooms were great.
Rooms did not have a mini fridge which is unusual in a hotel, breakfast quality was good, but variety was limited.

Excellent boutique hotel in close proximity of ETH-Z and University of Zurich.
The room was very comfortable albeit on small size, but perfect for a business trip. Very good breakfast.

The location was a short distance to the main station and the sights, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel had all the modern amenities.
A little bit noisy in evening but the windows shut really masked it. Great upgrade.

The rooms were very clean and quiet also the breakfast buffet was very nice!
No AC in summer was unpleasant and the fan was not enough to stand the heat at night.

The facilities and the staff are very kind, friendly, and professional. They gave us good suggestions on what to do and where to go while in Zurich. Breakfast was great.
The location is far and uphill, so we needed to take a bus from downtown.

Excellent location. Breakfast was great.
There was no aur conditioners. If you open the windows for air then it was very noisy and with no privacy due to adjacent buildings.
