The room was so big and clean. The amenities were excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpful
As it was Crown Plaza we expect our luggage to get delivered to our room which wasnt there, this can be improved.

Very Clean, nice location. Staff were all lovely.
There was building work going on across the road so my room was Very Noisy, also was noisy even with the trams going by. Bar was quite expensive, and food was only mediocre.

Great breakfast. Room was quite large. Very quiet.
Access to pool required going up 15 steps which my wife could not do. The ramp from the lobby to the elevators was not suitable for a rollator walker, I had to carry it up and down the 3 steps. Water pressure in shower was very weak.
