Very Good
A nice hotel a bit away from the city centre. The rooms and facilities were good. The staff were excellent. The hotel us expensive so value for mobey was not so good, but it is Switzerland where prices are eye watering.
The value for money e.g.being charged 10 Swiss francs for a botle of water.

Staff with the exception of 2 very arrogant undressed fly and short we were made to feel like we were a effort to answer our questions
The photos on Bookings .com were not reflective of the size of the rooms. A lot smaller then presented and presented somewhat less in presentation

Our room. We asked for inter connecting rooms which we got. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff was always very corteous

Comfortable large room with bath and shower, very good breakfast. Very relaxed friendly and helpful staff.
Starting to look a bit in need of refurbishing, rather expensive, and expensive restaurant.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. A separate members breakfast room that was less crowded and much quieter than the other one
Someone trying to get into my room at 7:00 am. They kept trying to unlock the door but I had put the safety latch on so even if the key they were using unlocked the door, they couldn’t get in. I didn’t know why they said that it was their room number but I told them to go to reception

The location was great. It's far enough out of the city centre that it is nice and quiet, but easily accessible to all the places we wanted to go. We could walk there or get several trams
The bathroom door was a little uncomfortable because it was a sliding door with an open hole as the handle. I personally prefer an actual door, but it wasn't a big problem. Other than that, it was a lovely room!
