Excellent, cozy, elegant, comfortable and renovated room. Unbeatable location close to everything and with best possible connections to airport, railway station, opera etc. Very quiet. Excellent tea and coffee facilities in the room. Delicious breakfast of great choice and quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definely will stay again in future.

The location was a 5 minute walk from the Central train station and steps away from dozens of places to eat and visit. We had a room on the 5th floor with a view of the river. We were not disturbed by the traffic noise. The room was pleasant and beds comfortable. The doors were soft close so no banging door noise from neighbouring rooms. The coffee machine was great and plenty of refills when I asked at reception. The piano bar was a great atmosphere but felt the food menu very limited. Staff were very friendly and all spoke great English. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so can ot comment.
My only gripe was the bathroom. It was an over the bath shower but the glass screen was fixed over half of the bath so turning the shower on involved climbing in and getting drenched with cold water as jumping out was not an option without causing a fall. Also, no grab rail to climb out which Iwe found rather dangerous as slippy.
