The Central Plaza Hotel has been a major Hotel destination in Zurich for many years - it is among the best located Hotels in the City. Directly across form the Main Train Station, and in an upscale neighborhood with a myriad of Restaurant choices. Multiple Tram lines converge just outside the Hotel and there is even a well - know Funicular just meters away to carry visitors to the Hills above Zurich. There is a major shopping available nearby in and around the Train Station as well as a major Supermarket essentially across the street. Location, Location, Location. Room was attractive and though not recently modernized, everything was clean and higher quality than most Hotels and we felt we were in an important Hotel in Zurich.

I have arrived very late and tired and when i wanted to sleep i have noticed a very bad smell on the bed, seems not cleaned bed. i have informed the reception about it next day.

great central location great for see the city, rooms are comfortable and they breakfast is good value and very tasty. There is music in the bar most nights and it very near the trans and buses and train stations
