Mold, unsafe, unclean, terrible staff.
On arrival: the door to the central area was open, anyone could walk in. The door to our appartement was open. Upon closing it we couldn't get back in as the provided code did not work. There was mold in our first room. We called customer service, they did not want to transfer us as the hotel was "full". Upon contacting booking.com, they managed to somehow managed to find me a new room, next to the old one. Mold, broken shower... We called again. The lady on the phone got angry with me and told me to just sleep in the mold. We left immediately. We did not get a refund from the hotel nor booking.
Insurance and other options to get your money back are kinda impossible as this is not an EU country. Even the Swiss Ombudsman couldn't help us.

This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. There were hardly any basic amenities, and no one seemed to care or follow up when we asked for help.
For example, they provided an iron and an ironing board, but there was no suitable adapter to plug the iron into, so they were basically useless. Overall, the service was very disappointing and the accommodation was not properly equipped.

Disappointing
The place is cheap compared to the market and self-checkin is really convenient, but that is all for the positives.
Pictures on booking are not true to the place. It looks way nicer than it is.
The bed is unconfortable and causing back pain according to the guests I booked for.
Amenities are closed to none. The room is pretty basic. For a very short stay it might be feasible to cook if you are adventurous enough, but there is not really much kitchenware.
Shower has no curtain and the bathroom gets flooded.

To start off with, it was the peak of summer wave and there was a heat wave in Zurich. The basic necessity in an apartment would be to have a working fan. What they had was an old broken tiny piece of equipment which people would scarcely call a fan. It did not work. It had dust all over it.
Secondly, the toilets. Horrible. Leaky shower head, a sink that won’t drain. A toilet without a toilet seat.
Agreed, that for 120 CHF you shouldn’t be expecting an AC and stuff, but bare necessities like fan and a functioning toilet was missing.

This place was filthy upon arrival, there was still half eaten food from the last person who stayed there in the fridge, dirty towels everywhere, bedsheets with hair and crumbs. And the whole place smelled bad.

The location was close to public transport.
Upon arrival, I saw that the room was still not cleaned after the last travelers. I had to go and find the cleaning lady, who later went to clean it. Even though I requested a room on an upper floor, I was given a room on the ground floor that was outside the building, with very narrow curtains, so basically whoever wanted to peek through was able to. I called customer service to change the room, and they told me they would call me back, but then never called back or answered my calls when I tried to call multiple times. Overall a bad experience.

Exit to the roof, nice views of the city. A chair or two would come in handy.
Many steps to the third floor. More steps in the flat.
Dishwasher with no tablets, salt, and liquid rinse aid. Did not work.
Some more cutlery would be nice; only one small spoon makes it really scarce.

There was NO Remote controll for the TV. The Shower had NO Curtain and therefore the entire bathroom was wet when done taking a shower. The Kitchen had VERY LITTLE in dishes or cooking items, only 1 DIRTY frying pan and a couple knives, forks and co!

The cleaning lady opened the door to our apartment 2 hours before our check out while we were sleeping, we were naked. There was blood on the bed sheets too and no shampoo, no shower curtains

Didn’t have balcony as they showed on the pictures. They wanted to charge me for parking. The place is shady with strange people roaming around. One of the most rundown places I have ever stayed at. Check the pictures.
