First of all, the check in experience was so lovely, so nice, the gentleman was incredibly helpful and gave us a great lunch recommendation. We were given a beautiful upgrade, and I cannot imagine a more ideal and cozy stay whilst in Zurich.

Location is amazing - right in the heart of old town. We arrived early and the hotel delivered our bags to our room once the room was available.
No AC even though it was advertised as having AC. Mold in the shower. Cracked wooden window paneling. Stains on ceiling.

Perfectly situated boutique hotel. Chic, intimate, and comfortable without being fussy. Right off a lovely plaza with multiple restaurants, a small convenience, store, and beautiful, boutiques and bars, just one block up from the river. The breakfast was nice, included some hot items, typical German spread of cheese and meat cuts, some fruit and vegetables and yogurt, cereal, and juices. A few things like omelettes were available for a modest charge. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would easily stay there again. You can walk to all major attractions from the hotel. Fun fact: it used to be a movie theater! There are wonderful photographs and memorabilia hinting at the history.
I had room 305, which is right across from the elevators and one flight up from the breakfast room. Noise really bounces off the staircase and the wall walls in the hallways, and after a long trip from California, I was woken up at 6:30 AM by service work. Just avoid the rooms across from the elevators.

Location was excellent proximity to the main station is very good and easily walkable. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were comfortable and there were some of the nicest pillows we have had in Zürich.
Breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Fantastic location, close to major tourist attractions.
Staff were welcoming and helpful. The lady in the breakfast room was amazing, being a small hotel, she knows almost all guests, and have great conversations with them. Very friendly.
The sofa bed for our children were not comfortable at all, also makes squeezing sound when they turn. The mattress on it is so thin. Being a high quality hotel, could spend some on upgrading this part…
The bathroom is very very small.

Staff very friendly and professional, location good, breakfast good.
The room was terrible, it needs so much maintenance, the bathroom was terrible, sync blocked, so little that is actually uncomfortable, wifi was rubbish, so slow and low we didn’t use it.
We paid USD423 a night, a robbery, it looked like we were staying in a hostel.
