Great location, wonderful staff, always happy to help. Loved the reading room as it gave a larger space to hang out and would have loved to use the outdoor patio in summer.

Property was a great location, although uber was not allowed into the area, staff were very friendly, great shower and comfortable bed.
Fridge was not working and although we informed the staff they said they had checked and was working.

Superb location in the old town . Very helpful staff . Good breakfast . Outdoor patio tables chairs where you can take coffee\ tea after breakfast .
Also 2 superb communal lounges to use any time of the day beautifully furnished

Loved everything, was a great location in the middle of the old town! Most main attractions were within a short walking distance. Lots of great cafes/restaurants/bars nearby! Overall, amazing hotel! Will visit again soon!
The only negative which ofcourse am not deducting a point is extra charges in breakfast. We had breakfast paid in our reservation but as soon as you get to breakfast you see that they charge extra for an omelette or fried eggs which is a bit odd. (first time it happens to me)
