Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Lots of choice. Very tasty!
Reception staff were great.
Good to have free mini bar which was topped up on a daily basis. Free water and ice lollies at reception.
Old hotel so no air conditioning. Fan was provided but didnt help much as the weather was hot.
Old lift which needs updating!

Polite Staff. Location. Mini Bar & Ice-Cream.
Very Below Standard Breakfast. We only booked this because it was a Best Western and it was highly disappointing. The breakfast was just below standard. The size of the room and they did not bother changing towels. Suffocating stuffy rooms.

Great location for trams and trains. Bit basic as there waa no real storage for clothing in the room. The air con vented through an open window provided some relief in very hot weather. Proper air con would be lovely.
Breakfasf was adequate and the free bottled water was great.
No proper air con and needed drawers in rooms. No plug sockets next to bed
