We had a wonderful stay at Baur au Lac.
The premises are stunning, the staff are impeccable, and the restaurants and bar are absolutely beautiful—an elegant, world-class experience from start to finish.

There is no public space where hotel guests can just leisurely spend their time at as the grand hall always requires advanced reservation and mostly booked out If you even got a table, the service there was painfully slow and inattentive
