Front desk staff were really nice and super helpful.
The spa/baths were way too overcrowded to be enjoyable. We paid the 35 CHF pp fee to get access but did one lap and never came back.

Really atmospheric. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The associated spa is wonderful.
The food was excellent but the menu was very limited. I was there for nearly three weeks and, effectively, had one of three meals from the limited menu on multiple occasions. That was a shame because the library (where the restaurant and bar is situated) is wonderful, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and the food itself was extremely good - just not enough choice.

Loved the style, the facilities and the library and how books were everywhere!
The roof window was a little noisy and windy, maybe there was a way to close it but I couldn't find it.

the staff were Amazing and especially Leonardo who made us a special map with places to see and things to do. Also the breakfast and mini bar were amazing and the bath house was the cherry on top.

The location is not near down town, about a good mile or so in an industrial type area, we did walk to town center but took ubers most of the time.
