This is my third time staying here, and I keep coming back because the rooms are spacious, the staff are very helpful, the bed is extremely comfortable, and even the bathrooms are large and well-designed. I highly recommend it for couples.

It’s surrounded by beautiful nature
The room sizes are quite small and definitely don’t meet the standards of a five-star hotel. I had trouble even opening my suitcases, and the housekeeping didn’t do their job properly—they left a garbage bag in my clothes. Additionally, getting to the rooms involves a lengthy 10-minute walk through a tunnel. On top of that, they charged me a 400-franc deposit plus an additional 168 francs by mistake, and it’s been a month without a refund.

The restaurants were wonderful with great views and delicious food!
The staff was very helpful and nice!
The bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy, though tiny.
We stayed in the East End. Here are my notes on improvement:
1. Iron with one kind of prongs that do not match the outlets in the room = can't iron
2. Fan set at 3 max (operated by cold water) doesn't cool off room. Hot in here!
3. Ran out of hot water the next morning. Guess this is the way to stay cool by taking a cold shower
4. The TV channels will work for a little while and then freeze
5. The fridge is barely cool.

The staff at Five Zurich is wonderful, especially Amindra. Amindra really goes out of his way to make all guests feel welcome and is so helpful.
The pool also allows local folks and parties. Be aware that can take priority over hotel guests. The staff at the pool was very attentive

The property delivers a high-end, modern experience with well-designed rooms, excellent cleanliness, and a calm, private atmosphere. The spa and wellness facilities are a standout—well maintained, relaxing, and not overcrowded. Staff were professional, attentive, and efficient without being intrusive. The location strikes a good balance between being close to the city and feeling secluded, with great views and easy access to transportation.
For a hotel at this price point, some details fell short of true luxury standards. Food and beverage options were expensive relative to quality, and service speed at peak times could be inconsistent. Certain amenities felt more “premium business hotel” than luxury resort, and minor maintenance or design choices made parts of the property feel slightly dated rather than cutting-edge.

Liked that the area was quiet and rooms were spacious and modern
Did have a comment in regards to cleanliness as we found already used water bottles upon our check in of the room, in addition, we were located in the 3rd floor so the music from the penthouse bar was too loud and kept us up till 1am

Beautiful bedroom (junior suite), exceptionally clean with quality fittings, towels, bedding etc
The location is a disaster, the road to the station is 7/800 metres and very steep. Almost impossible to get luggage up the slope; on the last day I slipped walking down on the ice and was lucky not to break a bone albeit I have strained a leg muscle.

Big spacious room. Large bed. Nice cocktail bar. Decent spa.
Cleaning was not well done. Breakfast closes at 11, way too early. Soul street restaurant smells really bad as kitchen is too close to some tables.

Quite place so relaxing and clean. Very helpful team and cleaners. Everybody is so kind anc we truly enjoyed our stay there.
Nothing, but we wish we the hotel management can expand and open in other places in switzerland, like Geneva.
