Wonderful
Clean and comfy rooms. Great location for the airport. Japanese restaurant was fantastic - better than Gordon Ramsey lucky cat! Spa was lovely, had a head spa which was very relaxing.
At first glance the hotel looks great but a closer look reveals it’s a bit rough around the edges. Lots of broken tiles in the spa, cigarette burns on the furniture etc. whilst staff were very friendly, the pool operates bed service only which is fine if they were attentive - multiple occasions we were left waiting long enough to need to go up to the bar, to then be told its bed service and wait. Same in the spa - no staff member present for booking treatments, returned a few times to an empty desk & on our last morning the sauna and steam were switched off, again no one to ask if they were out of order or simply hadn’t been switched on.

The staff were so attentive The hotel is situated in a great location with a breathtaking view
The maintenance work of the room was not up to the hotel standards .Several small items were left broken The breakfast had a great selection but the staff count is not enough to serve all customers when it’s full .
