Location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and very close to the river. Room very well thought out - even had a UK plug socket. Free drinks in fridge and water, tea and coffee available for free in reception. Room faced the street but even though lots of work going on outside it was still pretty quiet. No noise from other rooms either.
The textured walls in the room look a bit dated. Staff did not acknowledge me as I came and went several times during my stay. Only a small reception area so they must have noticed me but they just didn't look up which seemed a little odd.

Well located in the old town near restaurants and bars. One street back from the lake/river. 10 min walk to the train station. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. There are tea/coffee facilities in reception but We asked for a kettle for our room which they kindly provided. Good shower and space for clothes & cases.
Some people have noted the noise from the street - there is some but it’s intermittent and not really noticeable. In any event it’s what you get being right in the city.

Modern clean hotel with all you need for a short trip to the wonderful city of Zurich. Location was perfect in the old town district and only a couple of minutes walk to the river. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of options

The location of hotel is very good, it is right in the middle of old town. The stuff are friendly and helpful.
The comfort of the room, the pillows and the bed, are the worst experience to us. Not very clean, there was hair on the towels that put new for us.
