The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, elegant interiors, and very spacious suites. Our suite was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully furnished. The location is excellent — very close to luxury shopping while also within easy reach of Zurich’s Old Town. The area felt very safe and secure. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and we truly appreciated their hospitality, including the lovely fruit platter they kindly offered us. Overall, the hotel combines elegance, comfort, space, and an excellent location.
Excellent location, elegant hotel and furnishings, wonderful staff, exceptional cleanliness and hospitality, and most importantly, a spacious suite with a lovely balcony and excellent air conditioning.

Outstanding hospitality and genuine attention to guest satisfaction.
My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon, and the hotel exceeded all expectations. The complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and demonstrated a level of care and generosity that is rarely seen. It made us feel truly valued as guests.
Every interaction with the staff was professional, warm, and attentive. Their commitment to creating a memorable experience was evident in every detail. The hotel itself is elegant, luxurious, and impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and sophistication.
What impressed me most was the genuine effort to make our special occasion even more memorable. This is not just a beautiful hotel; it is a place where guests are treated with exceptional care and respect.

This is a beautiful boutique 5 star hotel. We had the grand suite which was wonderful. Great views and suite location. Breakfast was decent but way overpriced. I have had much better breakfasts at similar price. Front desk staff cordial but quite inexperienced to address 5 star clients. Except for Ivan who you should transfer into this hotel the front desk full time staff falls far short of 5 star knowledge and decorum

Hands down the best Hotel in Zurich! I personally can't understand why chose another. Spacious, boutique style, gourmet style breakfast and dinner, personal attention, super friendly staff, clean, chic, perfect location walking distance to the center and the lake.. will definitely come back and recommend to anyone. I don't believe someone would not be happy..

We love staying here when in Zurich. Rooms are spacious and super comfortable with thoughtful amenities. Restaurant has great options, wonderful location walking distance to the lake and town. Super friendly staff. Always feels like home.

The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and professional.
However, I did not appreciate the requirement to provide a CHF 300 security deposit, along with the repeated reminders that guests would be responsible for any damaged items. While I understand the hotel's policy, I found these repeated warnings somewhat stressful and not fully in line with the experience I would expect from a five-star hotel.
In my opinion, guests choosing a hotel of this standard are generally aware of their responsibility to take care of the room and its furnishings. Therefore, the emphasis on potential charges and damages felt excessive and slightly affected the overall guest experience.

Location is Great. You are in the close center proximity. Comfortable beds and pillows. A bit too much tear and wear in rooms. Staff very welcoming except Italian speaking skinny gentleman at the reception. Restaurant staff - very good.

EVERYTHING!!! Literally Katarina was such a lovely lady, she does all the effort to help u! She should be the face of the hotel!!!!! Everything was so beautiful Katarina really stood out. She explained everything from A-to-Z. Mr. Felix was so helpful. Mrs. Perez was so helpful and cooperative. This is the best hotel I ever stayed at in Europe. Highly recommended and I suggest that all GCC travelers choose this hotel because they know how to deal with everyone.
