the Spa is great. the room is clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and available.
the bar and restaurant is too close to the reception and the access to the spa is close to the restaurant. waiting there it may feel awkward.

The room was nice and modern.
We were first assigned to a room that had a bathroom for disabled people. We then requested to change the room and gave us a room with balcony which was nice but the bed was a bit broken. The hotel is one stop or two stops away from Zurich HB but personally i would have loved to be in central Zurich even though the hotel vibes and atmosphere was nice

Very clean and exceptionally courteous staff.
The shower style (only one door) is a challenge for travelers not used to it. No matter how we tried to minimize the water spillage unto the bathroom, it was impossible. It created a mess and uncomfortable situation. That shower style might be modern, but it’s not practical.

The hotel was excellent from the staff, to location from the train station. It's a 5 min walk. Breakfast was great! Room size was awesome. The hotel is one stop from old town. Download the train swiss app to make your life easier.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious enough and the room was clean.
The sauna was unisex for both men and women and when i went with my boyfriend there to use the sauna, there was a naked woman. They should have rules where women should be with a swimming suit there and not completely naked.
