Beautiful room, the comfiest bed ever, and spotless clean
Front desk told me breakfast starts at 7, but didn’t tell me it came at a cost, which is fine, but I wouldn’t have paid 29 chf for that breakfast, I would have skipped it. I thought it was included and it wasn’t.

The performance of the AC in the room alone is
enough to earn a perfect score in my book. It was such a relief to be in Zürich right in the middle of an unprecedented heatwave with proper AC. We didn’t want to leave the room. Also, it was spotless and well equipped. The staff was also very friendly.
The shower door, which there was none. The design of the shower made it so that it was very easy to get water all over the bathroom when showering. Also, the towel hanger is not heated so the towels never got 100% dry during our two day stay. I know we could have asked for fresh ones, but they were not dirty, just damp.

nice rooms and comfortable bed
Location isn't good. They seemed under-staffed. When I arrived I had to wait in line for close to 20min and there was a long line and only one receptionist working who I felt bad for. Breakfast was overly expensive. Won't be returning.

The property was a fantastic location as far as proximity to the train station, and there were lots of different restaurants around. There was also a Coop grocery store and a Lidl for any kind of last-minute supplies or grocery needs. This was not too far from the city center easy to navigate. The hotel itself was beautiful on the inside. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was quick to the spout and the shower. All of the staff were amazing and wonderful and so nice and so helpful … ready, and willing to go the extra mile for whatever you might need. during our stay, it was quiet. Great size refrigerator, and you know this little area has lots of charm and restaurants and shops to adventure in the ground in.
I really can’t say that there was any unpleasantness with the area or the hotel really enjoyed the stay

The room was great. Loved the kitchenette and dining area. It gave us extra room. The refrigerator was good. Wish it had a dishwasher.
The Air Conditioner could have been cooler. We slept a little warm in the room. The lights in the bathroom could have been a little brighter for makeup.

I loved that this hotel – at its price point – was pristine, so conveniently situated (5 minutes from a major train station, which is great to make day trips from; also literally right next door to two supermarkets), and had a great gym and sauna to boot. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the lounge / seating area was so chic and expansive you really could just work remotely at the hotel if you wanted.

Lllllooooovvveeeeeeeeeeedddddd it here!! This place was just what I needed for my first time ever in Switzerland! My room was beautiful, clean and comfy. The staff, they were very nice and helpful. I didn't speak the language and one of the staff members at the desk told me if anyone gives me a problem for speaking English instead of the local language, to call the front desk and she'd handle it for me. I accidentally forgot to book my last night originally and was told I'd be downgraded to a smaller room for that day. Instead I was blessed with a bigger room, that had a kitchenette, stove top, microwave, sink and dishes! It was beautiful and very convenient. 5 minutes from the train station(s). Thank you so mu h for accommodating my stay! I'll forever recommend you guys.

nice outdoor dining and lounge area. The room was practical and clean. The gym was a welcome addition and easy to navigate for a 75 year old. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from and good vegetarian selection.
I couldn't say we disliked anything. The price was high compared to other countries but that's just Switzerland.

The hotel itself was nice and staff were friendly. The location although it was not close to the center was conveniently located close to a train station and 5 min away in train from city center.
They must fix the no Air conditioning issue. I was sold on this property because of the “a/c”, and proximity to a train station, but it turns out the A/C is not really A/C. It is simply an echo friendly fan system and the rooms were extremely hot inside. We follow the instructions given by front desk but it didn’t really help. We wanted the same type of A/C they have in their lobby, but that is non existent in the rooms. Even the front desk acknowledge that it was not really the A/C we are accustomed to, and it was only an eco friendly version. (Fan)
We were there in the beginning of May and Zurich was hot so I can’t imagine someone staying there in the middle of summer.

Perfect location for commuting to and from the inner city and other surrounding ones.
Both of my rooms were beautiful and super clean. The restaurant downstairs was lovely as well.
I am unfortunately from America, and do not speak the native language here but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and knowledgeable all while being accommodating of my language barrier.
We are about 5 minutes walking distance from the O major train station. About two stops from HB train station.
Also, the hotel initially told me they would be down grading my second reservation for my last night. Instead, I was provided with an upgraded room. A room with a stove top, microwave, dishes, silverware, and a small sectional. My room was super clean, nicely put together and super comfy!
I like to sleep super cold, almost like an ice box. My room wasn't cold enough and the first night I woke up in a hot sweat.
