Beautiful interior, rooms were very spacious, beds comfortable, very clean, extra amenities provided, within walking distance to some restaurants
Pricey compared to other accommodations, had to pay extra for breakfast which should have been included in the extremely high nightly price!

الفندق هادئ ومريح قريب من مطار زيورخ يبعد حوالي20 دقيقة عن السنتر بالسيارة ويعتمد على الزحمة المنطقة المحيطة حي هادئ ومتوفرة جميع الخدمات من سوبر ماركت ومطاعم أيضا محطة القطار قريبة للي يخطط للتنقل بالقطار توجد مواقف محدودة أمام الفندق باب الفندق ومواقف إضافية في القراج تحت الأرض وكلها مدفوعة بالليلة الغرف ضيقة نوعا ما مثل معظم فنادق أوروبا بشكل عام جلست فيه 3 ليالي وكانت الإقامة جيدة و جداً مريحة وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز ومرحب
دورة المياه تشطيبها ممتاز وحلو لكن مافيها تهوية جيدة فتكون رطبة

this is our 4th stay at the hotel for the 4th year we visit Zurich. that says all. the hotel provides all that is needed for a short family stay. it is clean, quite and the staff are energetic and courteous
nothing. the only missing item is a washing machine within the room.

الإقامة كانت ممتازة، ودفعنا مبلغ إضافي مقابل ترقية إلى جناح جميل جداً. تعاون الفندق كان رائع أيضاً - عند تسجيل المغادرة أعفونا من رسوم المواقف تعويضاً عن مشكلة التكييف، بالإضافة إلى سرعة استرجاع مبلغ التأمين. The stay was excellent, and we paid an additional amount to upgrade to a beautiful suite. The hotel’s cooperation was also great — at check-out they waived the parking fee to make up for the AC issue, and the deposit was refunded quickly.
بالنسبة للسلبيات، للأسف مكيف الصالة في الجناح لم يكن يعمل بشكل جيد، فحاولوا إصلاحه دون جدوى، وطلبنا تغيير الغرفة لكن لم يتوفر شواغر، فاضطر أطفالي للنوم معي في نفس الغرفة بدل الاستفادة من السرير الآخر. كذلك لا يوجد موظف يساعد بحمل الشنط، فقط عربة تجمع أغراضك فيها وتدفعها بنفسك. On the downside, unfortunately the AC in the suite’s living room wasn’t working properly. They tried to fix it but couldn’t, and when we asked to switch rooms, none were available — so my kids ended up sleeping with me in the same room instead of using the other bed. Also, there’s no staff to carry luggage; you just get a cart and push your own bags yourself.

The shower design is not so great. Water goes everywhere and no fan so super hot and steamy. Towels cheap and scratchy. No hair dryer Location fair. 20 minutes from old town. Let’s of Ubering Restaurant only fair and pricey.

Beautiful room, the comfiest bed ever, and spotless clean
Front desk told me breakfast starts at 7, but didn’t tell me it came at a cost, which is fine, but I wouldn’t have paid 29 chf for that breakfast, I would have skipped it. I thought it was included and it wasn’t.

The performance of the AC in the room alone is enough to earn a perfect score in my book. It was such a relief to be in Zürich right in the middle of an unprecedented heatwave with proper AC. We didn’t want to leave the room. Also, it was spotless and well equipped. The staff was also very friendly.
The shower door, which there was none. The design of the shower made it so that it was very easy to get water all over the bathroom when showering. Also, the towel hanger is not heated so the towels never got 100% dry during our two day stay. I know we could have asked for fresh ones, but they were not dirty, just damp.
