We booked the property about an hour before we arrived when we did arrive the property said they were overbooked and didn’t offer any help besides telling us there was a hotel down the street

Great location for the stadium, only 1 km walk which is what we came to Zurich for. Very good breakfast too, staff were great
Had a good gym, had everything we needed for an arm workout, but like most hotel gyms not a lot for legs. Beds were a little harder than what I am use too but did the job.

Coffee and juice maker
The room was not properly cleaned and was very dusty. The shuttle blinds were also broken, and we weren’t informed about this when we checked in. As a result, we had to sleep with the full light from outside coming into the room. The curtains were also very small and did not provide adequate blackout. We were only given one pillow per person, which was disappointing, especially as we had arrived quite late and were expecting to be able to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast arrangement was also not ideal. It was served at high bar tables, which were extremely difficult to use comfortably for someone who is only 5’1”. Overall, the room and facilities were not to the standard we expected, particularly considering the lack of proper blackout, cleanliness issues and uncomfortable breakfast seating.

The facility was simply amazing. Top notch. I can't recommend this hotel more. The most epic bit? The branding - the humor was classic.

It was perfect. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was really good. We appreciated the staff, the design and the facilities of this hotel (swimming pool, gym, sauna, table tennis, pool table). The hotel is located very close to Toni Areal tram station, only 7 stops away from the main train station. We’ll certainly come back to stay at this great hotel in Zurich.
