- staff are very professional
- set up of the rooms
- booking deposit of 75 francs at reception
- There was no AC in the rooms, while it’s listed as a facility on booking. This is cheating and made my night not comfortable

An amazing hotel with special designs in all spaces. Attention is given to all details, and services are of the highest quality. Breakfast is very extensive and includes a buffet and a la carte service with special Mediterranean dishes. The vibe is amazing and the staff is super friendly and intelligent. Close to the Zurich Hbf and clubs area, yet it's very quiet.
The main caveat for older or partially disabled people is a relatively high difference in levels between the bedroom area and the rest of the room, which might be risky if you don't mind your step.

It would be nice if staff came in daily and removed recycling/used bottles and trash and automatically refilled what was used instead of having to stop at the front desk and request it. When we did request one time in the morning, it still hadn't been refilled by the afternoon and we had to ask again. Not a big deal, but it would be a nice touch especially since it isn't cheap to stay here.

We booked the large room for two adults and our 4-year-old, and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt compared to the pictures. It’s a really cool hotel with lots of fun and unique touches that made the stay memorable.
The location was also very convenient. It’s an easy, flat walk to the HB train station, which was especially helpful with our large luggage. We stayed during the summer, so having air-conditioning was essential for us. It wasn’t a conventional air conditioner where you can adjust the temperature yourself, but more like a ventilation system, which seems to be quite common in Switzerland. That said, it kept the room comfortably cool, so we had no complaints.
We were initially a little hesitant about staying around Langstrasse after reading that the area is part of Zurich’s red-light district, especially with our young child. However, the hotel is right on the edge of the area, and we felt completely fine throughout our stay. We never felt unsafe at any point. Just don't cross the street, haha.
Our main issue was with the shower, which had a drainage problem. The water took a very long time to drain, so we ended up standing in ankle-deep water while showering, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. The shower is also only separated from the room by a curtain. This wasn't an issue for us, but point to note for anyone who needs privacy.
