The hotel and staff are amazing. I would stay at this hotel in Zurich over and over again. Last time I stayed they we had our dog and they were absoltuely wonderful and helpful.
The sauna could have been a bit more private, the gym a bit bigger. Also, I would have preferred a bathtub in the room. However the service outmatched andy of that.

Great location close to the central train station. Their restaurant, Nena, is fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great gym.

Great location
Un-necessary and outdated deposit on check in. In 6 weeks of travelling Europe it was the only hotel to charge it. No mini bar and poor excuses as to the justification. Asked for manager and manager never responded. Dry urine on toilet seat and broken mirror after paying deposit on check in made us feel like we had hired a car and not like a home away from home. Nice hotel but we just felt we were treated like the customer of a dodgy hire car company. Very inconsistent with other Swiss hotels and very disappointing. Out of three hotels we stayed in Switzerland this was the one we looked forward to the most. Unfortunately it was the worst experience we had.

Great, spacious, modern and very quiet room with well insulated windows. Quirky, trendy hotel with a great cocktail bar and one of the best pisco sours have had in a long time. Very friendly and welcoming staff
