Very nice older hotel in amazing town. The staff were so kind and everything was very charming. The hotel is older but very nice sized rooms. The location is great. Just a very nice and cozy place to be. It would have had a view of the Matterhorn but it was raining and cloudy. City was so neat. We ate at the hotel and the food was great!

From pickup to drop off to yrain station the service was exceptional. They even provided box lunch on last day when we needed to leave early in the morning. Room was comfortable with balcony facing matterhorn.

Due to the closure, I was given Mont Cervin Palace which absolutely is stunning. Good facilities, cute horse carriage pick-up service from train station. You have to try the gelato from the restaurant, it is top-class!

Very good experience here, people here are very friendly! The build is old but the interior are great, there is no old smell here. And the hotel can pick u up from the station.

The hotel location in the centre, staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great although it was few types of food. Transportation from the train station to the hotel and vice versa free and you just need to call the hotel. Thanks to 5he staff especially Mr George.
No air conditioning in the hotel and the disaster when we open the windows, people staying at the bar are shouting most of the night. This bad issue didn't let us have comfortable sleep during our stay. Please resolve this major issue if you want your customers come back and write an excellent review.

Wow! Where do we start? The staff were over the top in their help, their customer service, and their kindness. It was like coming back to family every time we returned from an outing. They would always ask us how we were and what we ended up doing. The food was phenomenal and the hotel itself was exquisite. Such a special place. It will always be our home away from home if we are lucky enough to visit Zermatt again. And we know the staff will welcome us back and ask how we have been. Breathtakingly beautiful property!

It was so charming! Amazing location. Was able to use the grant spa across the street it was incredible! The staff was fantastic. Bed was beyond comfortable. They took amazing care of me!

Very comfortable rooms in this hotel. Very clean and located right in the center. What you need in 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Very good value for money. Breakfast also was perfect.

Hands down we had the best stay ever!!! When we arrived our room wasnt ready yet so we returned an hour later and we were greeted by George at the front desk who went above and beyond for us!! He guided us on how to get up to see the Matterhorn. The hotel has a sister property that has a pool and fabulous amenities. George told us all about that opportunity and we took advantage of it after going on the train. We had a drink in the bar before heading to dinner. George told us where we should eat and he was spot on with his recommendation!!! We also wanted to catch some late night live music and he told us where to go. Hands down he was phenomenal!! We will definitely be coming back with our daughter and staying here!!! So so glad we got to experience this hotel. The rooms were awesome too and the breakfast was so so good.
