Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cheese, meat, milk, coffee, vegetables/fruits, and bread. Staff members were friendly. The bridge is next to the hotel, where you can watch Matterhorn.

The apartment is quiet, the bathroom is nicely decorated & the breakfast is good.
It takes about 10 mins to walk from the train station.

The location is perfect: exactly in city centre, near all the main restaurants and equal distance to both main ski lifts (10-15 min walk). Amenities are great: warm ski room downstairs and the spa. Breakfast is modest, but generally OK. Also liked sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Room was rather small, but clean and cosy.
Breakfast lacks some hot food: no sausages/bacon/porridge or fried eggs. Room itself has no fridge, not even a kettle or a coffee machine (there's free tea/coffee at the reception though).

Great location in the center of the Zermatt village. 2 min walk to the best view of the Matterhorn. The room was large with a nice kitchen area. Breakfast spread was nice each day with a lot of options but not a lot of protein options. You could boil your own eggs is your I to that, but we did not. Great stay for the two nights.
Scrambled eggs and maybe some bacon would be a great addition to the breakfast spread.

This hotel really outlasted my expectations with the underground wellness area, rare in Zermatt :) Probably staying here next time as well. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast is dreadful with many people in a small room, also poor selection: no scrambled eggs, no hot food just cold cuts. Either dedicate more room for it or split who can go for breakfast when, way too overcrowded.
