The location was great. The room was very nice. We were given an upgrade at no additional cost.
The staff at the breakfast buffet were pretty short when asked for the location of butter, milk and water. Also the bed was two twin beds put together. They separated very easily.

The best part of the room is the view of Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast is fabulous, too.

Good location and everything was clean. Morning breakfast well stocked and tasty.

Hotel was nice, small room laid out very nice with place to put suitcase.
My only negative is the elevator outside not working and I had to search for another way to get to the same level as the entrance to the hotel as I could not carry my suitcase up the lower steps. May I suggest an automatic email notification to customers with options - free shuttle or specific walking directions to hotel. Unfortunately, I followed Google Maps and ended up on the lower street.

loved the location!! walked easily over from the train station with luggage. they do offer pick up and drop off. amazing views from the room. the breakfast buffet was amazing!! the staff were very helpful and hospitable.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Room very comfortable with everything we might need. Really liked the location on the other side of the town from the busy train station and shopping and still very walkable. They have a shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the train station, you just have to reserve it a day ahead of time. Staff very nice. Also right by a great view of the Matterhorn looking over the river. Great restaurants nearby and elsewhere in the town.

Wonderful
I stayed there on the 14th and 15th of September and luckily both days are sunny. I could see a very beautiful Matterhorn from the balcony which has a table and chairs. I will be back again.

The room was very nicely appointed and clean. The bed was very good. Great sized balcony, No view in our view. The bathroom was decent sized. Water flow in the shower was great. The breakfast was excellent, the best attribute. The location was very good and easy to access, Excellent points for the shuttle between the rail depot and the hotel, which would have been an upward climb if not for the service.
I think a fan in the room would have made it the perfect stay. The room did not have air conditio0n nor windows so we slept with the balcony door wide open.

Nice spacious room with views of the Matterhorn. The breakfast is included and should not be missed! Appreciated the fact that they have a small kitchen with microwave and dishes downstairs in case you want to bring in some food to be reheated.
We had an end room under the sloped roof. It made the bathroom a bit awkward especially stepping into the tub/shower.
