The location was excellent. Very close to all the restaurants & shops. Cute & Small but had everything we needed. Beautifully renovated.
About a 500m walk to closest shuttle in ski boots.

The location was very good, in the centre of Zermatt. However next time I would choose an apartment more close to the ski lifts, either to Sunega or to Matterhorn.
The entrance is very old and dirty! There is no ski room and this is a big issue when your apartment is at third floor! The apartment has very small windows without any view!

Nice furnished, modern, relaxing décor, renovated, nice wooden floor.
No shutters! Light was disturbing us every morning, no elevator, not enough light in the stairs : lamps were not replaced, no ski deposit room, no fondue set like was announced. No heating in WC: was freezing cold in the toilet.

Wonderful
Fantastic location, just off the main street and opposite the church. View of the Matterhorn and traditional wooden buildings. Elegant furnishings. Fully equipped with small kitchenette (including coffee machine and capsules).
Sound insulation not optimal but to be expected as apartment in an old wooden building dating to 1870s - could hear the footsteps of the people in the apartment above.
