The breakfast room, staff, service and food were amazing. The hotel and our room were beautiful and clean. The service at the front desk and ski room spoiled us. The spa was the best I've experienced.

Excellent Service across the board. Amazingly clean and went above and beyond to make us feel great including a carriage ride. The welcome wine and chocolate bars in the room were great.
We had two rooms and only one of them had a bidet. The price was also on the higher side.

Our stay was nothing short of a dream—it was truly the most enchanting and memorable experience we’ve ever had. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning and the staff were beyond exceptional, making us feel cared for from the moment we arrived.
The magical tone was set right away with a charming horse-drawn carriage transfer—an utterly whimsical touch that made us feel like we had stepped into a fairytale.
The breakfast was simply divine—each morning felt like a celebration of flavors in the breathtakingly beautiful restaurant.
Even though the spa facilities were temporarily located in a neighboring hotel, they were every bit as delightful—beautiful indoor and outdoor pools nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings.
The transfer in a horse drawn carriage felt very fairy too!
Every aspect of our stay was magical and exceeded our highest expectations.

Central location. Nice and comfortable room. Beautiful breakfast room with great buffet breakfast. Large swimming pool with sauna and steam room to use after a long day on the slopes . Friendly and professional staff provide excellent service. Overall, a wonderful experience. Kudos to current management and staff.

Personnel at the SPA and restaurants were kind and their service attitude was great.
At the lobby there were few unprofessional persons who had nasty attitude towards the clients and they gave wrong information in impolite way.
