We loved everything about the property. It made us feel at home. The small details such as the christmas tree, lindt chocolate left on the table for us and the cozy bedding made us feel very comfortable at this property. Cor and the Zermatt Holidays team were very efficient and helpful. We would love to come back.

The location is perfect, as it's close to the main street and the train station, as well as being in a beautiful area surrounded by historical wooden buildings. The reaction from the management team was thoughtful and timely. Fortunately, we were fortunate to have a great view of the Matterhorn from our room. The facilities in the room were clean and excellent.
Nothing, but it was straightforward and convenient for me to find the key in an envelope attached to the door, but if I were a security-conscious person, I would have been concerned about that.

The chalet was very quaint and traditional. The location and viewers are great.

the host was soo friendly and super helpful, the kitchen even come with coffee pods and cleaning supplies. if you want to make fondue they even have the pot overall its worth tge price
