The spa at the hotel is top 3 for our family, ever. The view out of the hotel bedrooms was just beautiful beyond belief. The entire team at the hotel is just attentive and warm.
The prices - its Zermatt. The weather this once. The temperature in the hotel bedrooms was hard to regulate.

We visited this hotel during winter but could not ski, so we spent some time at pool area which was great. Breakfast was very good and delicious with fresh juices and wide options of coffees and teas. We stayed at a room with Matterhorn view, it was nice to have a balcony. Overall property was very clean, I loved every second of our stay. You can easily walk to the restaurants nearby, and they have a buggy service to the station. Staff was kind and helpful.
I wish there was a real fireplace to stay at the hotel and enjoy during nights.

Loved the city view from my room, Zermatt looks like a fairytale! Also loved the pool, the jacuzzi and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety! Staffs were very friendly and they get me and my luggages at the station, that helped me a lot.

The massage was phenomenal. All the staff was incredibly friendly. I very much enjoyed the breakfast and the spread that was offered.
It would have been nice if the sauna and pool were open for a longer period of time.
